I really enjoyed this book - at it's heart is a Guernsey that everyone will recognise (as opposed to the artificial potato-related one) - real Guernsey places and people, occupation secrets, sandy beaches & obnoxious bankers.
It would make a great film as there is something for everyone - sun, sea, sand, murder, mystery, suspense, romance.
