The tides of change have great purpose in our lives

There is an ebb and flow to life. People and situations wash upon the shores of our lives. The mighty pressures of the water gently sculpt and shape us. The tides of change have great purpose in our lives. When it is time, the waters recede and sometimes carry things away; even things we love. The tides, while powerful, can move in our lives so gently, if we allow. If you resist the awesome tidal forces of life you are going to hurt yourself. There are some things, people and experiences you...

Life's pressure is equal to your resistance

Life's pressure is equal to your resistance. Your grief has endless time. Your sadness is bottomless. Your worries are relentless. Your resentment is unquenchable. Your fears are unmovable. Every dimension of your suffering will instruct you, until you have learned their essential lessons.

Puzzles, circles, cognitive-encryption and social control

People are not very adept at seeing layers beneath layers; they consistently only look at the surface or just beneath. Modern oppression is hidden in a form of cognitive-encryption that is imperceivable in the lower IQ ranges. This is how people are controlled; by clever layering and mind-bending circles. Oppression is very much a puzzle and a riddle created by the most diabolical minds to never be solved by the controlled.

If we are slaves, then wouldn't everything we are taught to know as t...

Freedom is the realization that it is sufficient to simply be a human being

The intuitive spirit-nature we all possess is a beautiful gift, but too often that gift is suppressed. In many ways people have been denatured and have lost the magnificent gift of intuition. The most accomplished people do not solely rely on knowing the technical aspects of their pursuit. While technical knowledge is useful it is only a small part of a true master's brilliance. The master of any craft is first a master of self; cooperating with innate intelligence within. Brilliant people h...

If you are not creating value for others then you are wasting your time

Someone recently asked me for my best social media tip. They seemed dismayed at what I told them. I have major issues with almost every single social media strategy article I read, but somehow I am what many would consider successful with social media. Much of what people are doing with social media is a complete waste of time. You can spend your days and nights liking, clicking and commenting until your fingers bleed, and then what are you going to have? There is much more to life than repo...

Technology: a weapon of exclusion or a Promethean flame of enlightenment

Technology should be shared rather than used as a weapon of exclusion and control. At the heart of our inner-conflict with technology, are the competing visions of a eugenic technocracy versus a world of hope and enlightenment for all. As we break through the levels of reverse-engineering nature, the orders of magnitude suggest possibilities of orders of magnitude. Concentrative bottom-down manufacturing is inherently inelegant and violent; creating a lot of environmental collateral damage....

Be selfish in your forgiving

Be selfish in your forgiving. Forgive for yourself and for the peace it will bring to your pain. Forgiveness has very little to do with the other person. Forgiveness is about your peace of mind. When you don't forgive, you are the one who suffers. Have compassion for people as long as you are one of them too.

To forgive another person means you have first condemned them. When we condemn others we condemn ourselves. When we judge and agonize over another's faults, we become attached to their i...

The incalculable beauty of the gift of life

Please take some quiet time to meditate on the incalculable beauty of the gift of life. Remember to take some time each day to play. Touch the Earth, walk on the grass barefoot, swipe the dew from a leaf with your finger, take a deep breath and remember what you are — you are a beautiful child of creation. Glory, glory, glory to you "people of beauty" everywhere, and to the wonderment of each breath. Thank you, thank you, thank you — that from somewhere, somehow, a new smile is available for...

Your future begins with your next thought

If you are unhappy with your life and the state of the world, the best place to start changing things is within yourself. Sometimes your evolution involves changing your behaviors and habits, but more often the essential changes that need to be made are merely with your own attitudes. Your attitudes lie at the heart of any possibility for changing your life. Your attitudes are literally seeds for the growing of your future self. Your attitudes contain your future. Attitudes are like the DNA...

Forgive more, worry less and be grateful everyday for life

To live a wonderful life create more, buy less, hug more, scold less, give more, take less, forgive more, worry less and be grateful everyday for life. Live with kindness, integrity and spirituality. Comport yourself with grace under pressure. Be an asset in the lives of others. Put people before things and live from your heart. Be intelligent, but know it is better to be kind than smart. Be a peacemaker who values peace and takes peace everywhere you go. Learn to understand your energy and...
