Around here, we have a lot of "comfort" foods and this one is an all-time favorite of my husband and the kids.
Originally procured from an ex's mother's recipes, it stood the test of time in this household.

Hot Chicken Casserole
1-1 1/2 cups of crushed Ritz crackers (1-1 1/2 rolls)
1/2 cup melted butter (1-1 1/2 sticks)
2-3 chicken breasts (cooked and cut into bite size pieces)
1- 8 oz. Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup of Chicken Broth (from cooked chicken)
