KitRex: Googly-Eyed Life-Size Paper Velociraptor Costume

KitRex_cropped This industrial origami-Inspired laser cut dino costume was a big hit at the inaugural Lehigh Valley Mini Maker Faire. As expected, a steady stream of children tailed the reptilian pied piper, in awe of it's crafty cardstock awesomeness.

Welcome to the (Maker) Faire! That's a wrap for Maker Faire UK for this year, the fifth here at the Life Science Centre in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Growing from just 30 makers to 350 in just five years, this year's faire was the biggest, and loudest, yet.
