Doomed Voyage is the second entry in the Toby Grant mystery series written by Bill Russell. The original novel, In Lieu of Surrender, was release released by Class Act Books earlier this year. In this story, investigator Toby Grant battles typhoons, pirates, and a mass murderer on an ocean freighter set adrift in the Pacific.
