Justin Bieber and Katy Perry Get VMA Nominations
And the nominees have been announced! This year's MTV Video Music Awards are set to happen next month, but the voting page is now up and we see that Justin Bieber and Katy Perry have racked up nominations for their videos. We wonder if they'll be taking home the awards too. Justin's "Boyfriend" is up against fun.'s "We Are Young," Maroon 5's "Payphone," One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful," and Rihanna's "We Found Love." It's also nominated for Best Male Video. As for Katy, two of her videos are nominated this year! "Part of Me" for Best Female Video and "Wide Awake" for Video of the Year. Newcomers One Direction, The Wanted, and Carly Rae Jepsen are also up against each other for the Best New Artist category. To see the complete list of nominees, click here.

Selena Gomez posted a photo on Twitter and Facebook over the weekend to unveil her new bangs and what looks like even more layers. The caption reads "new hair for a new movie :) I love changing my hair!", as she shows off her softer and more feminine look. The teen star made the change for her new movie, Feed The Dog, which is based on Ric Browde's novel. The film is also set to star Nat Wolff and Lachlan Buchanan.
