Innovation: Turkish Coffee Tales of Anatolia
Documentary Premieres in Los Angeles with the “Greatest Micro Art Show on Earth”

Note to our Wandering Educators: I'm SO pleased to share this extraordinary work from one of my very favorite people in the world, the Turkish Coffee Lady herself: Gizem Şalcıgil White. I’d never heard of the term kettle hole, but his words stuck in my brain. There was something mysterious and evocative about them.

This is a view down into the kettle hole pond. From Watery Inspiration

Through the Eyes of an Educator: Creating Core Memories

Categories: Best OfStoriesImage:

When you were young, did you know what you wanted to be when you grew up? I still don’t, but I do have friends who were certain of the path for which they were destined.

For me, as a self-proclaimed empath, I think I focus more on feelings, the vibe, o...

Climate Change: Ten Small Ways to Make a Big Difference

Categories: Best OfTop 10Image:

The earliest memory I have about being made aware of climate change dates back to elementary school. My teachers would stress the fact that recycling is so important; the three R's were emphasized: reduce, reuse, and recycle

The statistical factors and the effects of climate change in a scientific manner are too complex for the brain of any five-year-old brain to fathom. Yet as I grew older and learned that the effects of climate change are not only withering th...
