In a quiet room, a nameless English poet gazed at his work for a moment. A faint smile crossed his face, and he nodded once before carefully wiping his quill and putting it away. With only 1 night and 2 days to spend in Shanghai, often referred to as ‘the Paris of the Orient,’ I drew up a ‘must see list’, which on reflection looked a little ambitious for a traveller who has never been to the city before. There will be no time for a cycling tour, a cooking class, or even a cruise along the Huangpu River.

I love eggnog. I can't get enough of it. And I know that there are others like me - my mother in law buys eggnog year 'round (thanks to her local Kroger). I love eggnog in all forms - liquid, candy, and... frozen? Indeed! I've recently adapted a recipe for eggnog frozen yogurt.
