CHRISTMAS IS OVER :(

What can I say about my Christmas? Well...it happened later for me than most adults....the magic finally vanished. I can't believe it, I just can't believe it. (You people 'in the know' know what I'm talking about...this may take me a few months to process).   Anyway, apart from that heartbreaking revelation is was a pretty decent one. Now...THIS...is one of the reasons why I write! The chap pictured above is a young lad called Sam. He got a present he wasn't expecting, a signed copy of the Infiinty Cage. TIMERIDERS...IN JAPAN!!!

I had a post from my agent today that TimeRiders is doing jolly well in Japan. Apparently they have placed several large posters like this in Tokyo station!   Fascinating to see something so familiar through the 'lens' of another culture. What do you think of it? I'm presuming, of course, that those two figures are Liam and Maddy? Alex Went To See MOCKINGJAY (ahem...PT1)

Just been to see MockingJay Pt1. (or shall we call it the first half of the last bit of trilogy that we're going to milk for all it's worth)   Bottom line first?....it was o-o-okay. Not as nicely paced nor colourful, nor exciting as the first two movies. Obviously they're taking their time (ahem...padding) to allow the story room to breathe, to build up to the big climax.
