Gordon Hewart, 1st Viscount Hewart of Bury, PC was a politician and English judge. He was Liberal MP for Leicester (1913-18) and Leicester East (1918-22). He held a number of political and judicial appointments including Solicitor General (1916-19) and Attorney General (1919-22) and Lord Chief Justice of England (1922-40).
