Handy trick to holding paper while editing
Thought I would share if you were looking for similar idea. Constantly having to look from my manuscript to the laptop was making me get headaches and nausea too easy while inputting changes from my paper manuscript to my digital (constant movement like that for me is icky). I wanted to figure out how to put my papers directly next to the laptop since I have so much to change with the edits. Found my solution! Okay, thanks to everyone who helped me with my poll questions for titles. Now I just need covers, pages, and determine scheduling. Here are my finals. Next werewolf book out (first in the Dynasty of Moirae Series) is: BLOOD BY NIGHT. That’s the book currently in edits. Kennedy is a stinker. #amwriting
I seriously need to just break Kennedy’s story. I know it’s a series and I’ve gone well past 120K by now, but I just keep writing instead. It’s getting ridiculous. I usually break my novels around 80-90K-ish because in editing I will add way more detailing work, and words. Then when I hit publish, they will be anywhere from 80-100K-ish. For me, that is where my sweet spot word count is. I know plenty who go past that, and who like larger counts, but right now, I don’t. Grbls. She’s becoming a...
