Allowing yourself to recognize the sacred triune nature of your soul can bring healing bliss. When you are ready, relax your hands and say the following invocation aloud:

I call upon the luminous wisdom, grace and love of our Spiritual Mother and Spiritual Father, united in the light of Archon Barbelo. I accept the gift of this body, mind and soul. Color

For some reason my scheduled posts are getting lost in the ether on WP again. Here’s the process:)

Process of the Week: Color

The colors of the rainbow are variations of white light, reflecting the diverse experiences of life, and they are all valid. Each color of the spectrum has its own energetic vibration that stimulates certain responses and healing. Different colors mirror your current physical, emotional, and spiritual state. Your soul uses this mirror to communicate your need to heal or to embrace balance. Get to know what colors you are attracted to and the ones that repel you. You are love, and you are loved, no matter how colorful your or another’s life is.

Meditation:

Close your eyes and slow your breathing. Float inward on your breath, go with it to your heart. See nebulous clouds of color shift and move within your magical heart. Glide through each colored cloud, feeling their different qualities. Red is strong foundations, orange is creation, yellow is confidence, green is healing, blue is self-expression and purple is intuition. From purple, you drift into a bright, white light that shines from deeper within your secret heart. This light contains the blueprint of your soul. Feel it gently shifting to share important information with you. Float in this space for at least a minute and open to all your soul wants to share with you. When you feel ready allow this wisdom to travel with you back through the clouds of color. Glide through red into your physical body and open your eyes. You are filled with wisdom.
To activate different color qualities in your life, imagine breathing a color for at least one minute. Red for action, orange for creation, yellow for confidence, green for healing, blue for self-expression, purple for intuition, pink for love, white for hope, and black for regeneration.

To see things in a new and more positive light. Allow your inner knowledge to guide you on a unique, beautiful and highly spiritual life path.

Venus is our morning star, the stellar goddess and guardian of transitional awareness and higher consciousness of the heart. She is the wayshower of light and 5th dimensional reality (also known as unity consciousness). Her spiritual guardianship of humanity will be complete when our mass consciousness is based on love, light and divine feminine wisdom. When you connect with Venusian energy, it is an opportunity for increased love, magnetism and spiritual charisma, a chance to shine your light and manifest your soul purpose with increased grace, synchronicity and sacred artistry. Her appearance in a reading signifies a time of creative and spiritual awakening. It is a reminder of the power of the heart and our ability to rise again after a time of karmic heaviness.

Healing Process:

Find a place where you can relax, such as your bed or lounge, without being disturbed or distracted. Place your hand on your heart and say the following prayer:

I call upon the spiritual guidance that loves me unconditionally, and the higher guiding angels of Venus and Theta, that I may experience, through grace, mercy and compassion, that which is most beneficial to my well-being, for the greatest spiritual good of all sentient beings.

It is now time to go through a relaxation process. You can do this in whatever way works for you, but you may like to use visualization and your breath to imagine you are softly and gently letting your mind settle into your body and your body settle into the earth. As you relax, feel increasingly still and rest your awareness in the present moment. Let your awareness continue to settle and rest deeper within, rather than focusing on what is happening around you.

You are neither fully alert nor fully asleep. You can be aware of the world around you, yet focused on nothing in particular. Impressions will come and go. Rest, drift, be in this in-between state of being for as long as you like.

When you have had enough of this experience, ground yourself with some physical movements. You may not realize how far you have drifted out of everyday awareness until you begin to return to it. Take your time to ground yourself fully. You have completed your healing process.

The Sun

…you are going to emerge from a spiritual winter into light and life. The divinely ordained time for your liberation, healing, and emergence is much closer than you realize. Abundant blessings are stirring and shall soon manifest.

The sun is our spiritual mentor, teaching us how to be spiritually self-reliant when we cannot find support or guidance externally and need to go it alone for a time. Such phases can be difficult, but they are temporary, and inner spiritual strength is built during such times. Sometimes, we don’t realize our own strength until circumstances force us to find out.

Connecting to one’s own inner light is a precious and empowering gift. It allows you to feel spiritually held from within. Once you have established such an inner connection, you are unlikely to give your power away again, less prone to being manipulated and more likely to live in harmony with you soul values rather than the soul-denying properties of mass consciousness.

Healing Process:

Take a moment to connect with your breath as it flows in and out. Let yourself ground in the here and now as you become fully present.

Imagine that your awareness is traveling inside you, on your breath. As you breath in, your awareness moves deeper within. As you breath out, your awareness drops lower and deeper within.

As you enter your inner world, you naturally move into the openness and spaciousness of your inner self. Within its depths you become aware of a point of light. Simply by noticing it, you immediately merge with it. It fills you with love and peace and surrounds you with healing and protection.

This is the light of your inner sun, your higher self. As much as you can, allow yourself to become mindless in that light. There is just light. Radiant beautiful light.

Be in this for as long as feels good. Return slowly to the body by following your breath as is flows in and out. Ground and take care to hydrate yourself over the hours which follow. You have completed your healing process.

Telepathy of Terra Matter

Our Earth Mother has a message that she is sending. This is the third or fourth time I’ve pulled this card, maybe it’s time to receive the message?

The skilful and unpredictable working of the Earth Mother are supporting your soul journey unconditionally. Following up on inspired ideas and allowing for unexpected shifts in direction are integral to the manifestation of your soul purpose. Commit to an idea that feels good to your heart. Even if it seems improbable or unattainable, it will manifest successfully.

Healing Process:

If practical, you can complete this process in nature. You could also make an offering by respectfully gathering treasured items such as a leaf or a flower, crystal, feather, scented woods and resins, and create a medicine bundle.

Become aware of your breath flowing in and out. Drop into your connection with the natural realm of our Earth Mother by grounding your awareness at your feet. You may sense the natural energy exchange that flows between the soles of your feet and the earth’s energy field. Become present.
Imagine your feet can feel, hear, sense and receive the sacred transmission of the Earth Goddess. Let those transmissions rise up your legs and travel to your heart, along your arms and out through your hands. In response to this, you may let your body make spontaneous movements to sound, to meditate, to dance, to express from an authentic place without interpreting or analyzing.

Let those transmissions continue to rise up to your throat, where they can whirl in a sacred vortex of blue light, integrating into your system. That blue swirling light moves inwardly to bring you blessings and radiates outwardly to support the opening of your soul voice.

Allow your awareness to settle at your feet again. Feel, imagine or intend to communicate love and gratitude to the Earth Mother from your heart through the soles of your feet. Sense the sacred bond between you and the earth. There is a constantly flowing exchange of healing and communication between you. Let go of what you have thought or demanded or expected or feared. Instead, be in this embodied communication with your Mother, now. She loves you, and she knows best.

Rest, play and express here for as long as feels good.

Ivory Wish-Fulfilling Crow

…you need stabilization and protection against the fluctuations of the external world. No matter what is happening around you, there is a way through to the fulfillment of your potential.

The wish fulfilling tree is a spiritual symbol for the soul, the heart and the divine enlightened sages who guide and protect humanity. It represents a high level of consciousness, which is abundant and in harmony with the Universe and therefore blissful, free and generous. This oracle reminds you that as you align with spirit you are aligning with a powerful field of grace, which has protective and strengthening qualities. It is a spiritual tonic with effect in all dimensions and all realms of existence.

The message of the Ivory Wish-Fulfilling Crow is that one does not have to dominate or manipulate others to attain success.

Healing Process:

Rest and relax for a few moments, becoming present. Notice your breath flowing in and out. Allow your awareness to move within and let go of attachments to the outer world for a time.

Imagine as you relax and become softly focused on your breathing you enter into a luminous, in-between world of healing, grace and beauty. You see, sense or feel the loving presence of a divine tree of light. It is bustling with life. It is strong, ancient, protective and beautiful. It houses various divine creatures of light, including a wise, old ivory crow, sitting peacefully at that top of the divine tree. You feathered friend may watch you or caw at you. This realm is timeless, luminous and eternal. You understand that no matter what happens, it will always be there, just as beautiful and sacred as it is now. This knowledge makes you happy.

Then imagine that your soul is receiving an infusion of light from that eternal realm. You may feel a nourishing and euphoric oneness with this beautiful realm. Let yourself soak in that experience for as long as feels good.
