The inspiration for this story came from driving past a road construction site late in the day, where I saw just one worker standing guard over a series of s...

IN MAPS & LEGENDS #5 is Live!
In this issue we have: cryptic answers to mysteries — answers that only lead to more questions — crazy assassin robots, airship battles, and a beautiful library with a hole in its roof. We also say goodbye to one character, and get whisked away to a whole new place altogether. Not to mention some amazing night-time scenes illustrated by artist Niki Smith.
Stranded on her strange new world, Kait questions a man who seems to hold all the answers. Meanwhile, her...

Free Fiction Friday: "Waiting for Joey"

UnWrecked Press presents: Fiction Friday
This week's free Fiction Friday story from UnWrecked Press is "Waiting for Joey."

UPDATE – this story and the three other connected stories that I ran at my site are now available as an ebook...

I wrote this story many moons ago, and it was one of the first stories that had little or no autobiographical stuff in it. Pure fiction — it was a great feeling. It...

Making Project Wonderful Work for You
A few months back, in my blog about "Getting the Digital Word Out" about your comic (or book or ebook or magazine or whatever), I discussed a nifty site called Project Wonderful.
I've had a few requests for more info about how to use the PW site to share ads for your comic or book or website, and even host ads on your own website, so here's my take on how to best use it.
First, Give Readers a Place to GoYou need a website where you're selling you comic or books, sort of your headquarters. This ...
