✨ Writing Update ✨
I’ve been living and breathing Gabriel & Dylan’s world these past weeks, and now their journey is almost ready to be shared in Unspoken Hearts: Hidden Desires. This story has pushed me harder than I expected — it’s raw, emotional, and deeply human in ways that caught me off guard while writing.
From the very beginning, Gabriel and Dylan were never meant to be simple. Their love was born in shadows, tested by secrets, and shattered by tragedy. Now, as everything comes to a head, their connection is stronger than ever — but so are the forces pulling them apart. Families collide, truths can’t stay buried, and old wounds demand to be faced.

Gabriel & Dylan have carried so much weight — loss, fear, doubt — and in this last chapter of their story, they finally begin to set it down.

Finding Love in the Islands: Writing "Island Fever" was a Journey 📙
I'm so glad to be able to finally share this — Island Fever is set to release this Wednesday, and I can’t wait for you to meet Riley and Keoni in their full story!
Writing this book felt different from the very beginning. The island setting gave me so much more than a backdrop — it shaped every page. I spent hours diving into the culture, rhythms, and atmosphere of Hawai‘i, and what struck me most was how deeply land and sea weave into everyday life. That connection to place — the way it grounds you, heals you, and challenges you — became the heartbeat of Riley and Keoni’s story. 🥰
For me as a writer, exploring this setting wasn’t just research — it was humbling. I learned new details about traditions, food, language, and ways of moving through the world that reminded me how important it is to listen, not just imagine. At times, I felt like I was walking a shoreline I’d never been to before, trying to take in everything honestly and respectfully, while still weaving in the universal truths of desire, fear, and love. 😍
On the emotional side, this book asked a lot of me. It’s a story about trust — trusting yourself after heartbreak, trusting someone new when it feels risky, trusting that the current won’t carry you away before you find your footing. As I wrote, there were days I felt that same vulnerability right alongside my characters. But that’s the joy of writing romance — leaning into the messy, raw parts of connection and finding beauty there. 🔥

Finding the Heart of the Story
Writing Unspoken Truth was one of those rare experiences that pushed me in ways I didn’t expect. It made me slow down, breathe, and really sit with the emotions that were surfacing as the words found their way onto the page. This wasn’t a story I could rush—every scene demanded honesty, and every line carried a weight that had to feel true. There were moments I had to step away, not because I didn’t know what to say, but because I needed to process how deeply it was affecting me.
