Tomoka Shibasaki (柴崎友香) is a Japanese author. She graduated from Osaka Prefecture University and worked for four years before her debut in 2000, the novel Kyō no dekigoto, which was filmed by Isao Yukisada in 2003.

In 2014 she won the 151th Akutagawa Prize with her novel Haru no niwa.
