After much reflection and careful consideration, I’ve decided to open auditions for the Reborn in Shadows audiobook—and I’m so glad I did!

The response was incredible, with so many talented narrators bringing their unique skills and passion to Miriam Ryder’s story. It was a tough decision, but after listening to some truly stunning performances, I’m beyond thrilled to announce that I have officially hired a wonderful narrator to bring my book to life!

This choice ensures the best possible listening experience, with a skilled voice actor who can fully capture the depth, emotion, and intensity of Reborn in Shadows. I cannot wait for you all to hear it!

Exciting News: Reborn In Shadows is Getting an Audiobook! 🎧

I’m beyond thrilled to share that Reborn In Shadows: From the Ashes will officially be receiving an audiobook edition! And to make this even more special, I’ll be recording, editing, and narrating it myself!

As an independent author and publisher, I want to ensure that Miriam Ryder’s journey—her resilience, struggles, and triumphs—are told in the most authentic and personal way possible. By narrating the audiobook myself, I can bring her voice to life exactly as I envisioned it.

Wider Availability – Nonexclusive Distribution

To make the audiobook as accessible as possible, I’m opting for nonexclusive distribution through ACX. This means Reborn In Shadows won’t just be available on Audible, Amazon, and Apple Books—it will also be distributed through platforms that allow libraries and independent retailers to carry it. This is incredibly important to me, as I want this story to reach as many readers and listeners as possible.

Update on the Book Trailer for Reborn in Shadows

Hello, everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to share an update about the book trailer for Reborn in Shadows: From The Ashes. Unfortunately, I have to announce that the trailer’s release will be delayed. This wasn’t an easy post to write, but I believe in being transparent with you, especially when it comes to something as personal as this project.

Creating this book has been a labor of love, and I was so excited to bring it to life visually through a compelling trailer. However, the process hasn’t gone as planned. The first artist I hired for this project sadly turned out to be a scam, taking $200 of my hard-earned money without delivering anything in return. It was a painful experience, but I decided to push forward and trust another artist to bring the vision to life.

Unfortunately, my second attempt was also met with challenges. The second artist was given extra time to complete the project, but despite the extension, they failed to deliver the work and demonstrated poor communication throughout the process. I’ve learned a lot from these setbacks, but they’ve also delayed progress on the trailer.

While this has been frustrating, I want to reassure you all that I’m not giving up. The trailer will happen, but I’m taking the time now to find the right creative partner who shares my passion for this story and is reliable enough to make it happen. Reborn in Shadows deserves a trailer that does it justice, and I’m committed to making that happen—even if it takes a bit longer.
