Goals, Not Resolutions!

Well, hey there!

It’s a new year (yeah, because you didn’t know this already) and I’m making a list and checking it twice. And it’s not that creepy Santa list, you handle your stuff, and I’ll handle mine.

It’s a goal list for me instead of resolutions. I feel like goals are more flexible, whereas resolutions are more solid and usually have an all-or-nothing feel to them.

New Books, New Audiobooks, & NaNoWriMo

Welcome Autumn,

This is my favorite season. I love the cool, crisp air. The smells of baked goods. The coziness of the weather all around, and wearing long sleeves without melting from the heat.

This is also the season I am most productive when it comes to writing. In the Portals series I’ve just released Demons & Daggers (Book 2) on audiobook format, and the narration was done by me. Sigils & Satyrs (Book 4) is available as a preorder in eBook and paperback, and if you order now it should arrive ...

End of September? I hope so!

When I started the Kickstarter, Portals Book 4, Sigils & Satyrs was written and with Alpha Readers. It came back, I cleaned it up, and sent it to my editor. It came back, I cleaned it up, and now it's with Beta Readers. I'm just waiting for them to finish up and send it back. Then I clean it up one more time and publish it!

Book 5, Towers & Trolls is with Alpha readers. Book 6, Legions & Liches, is in the outline phase.

We did it!

Thanks to you and your support, sharing, and talking up the project, we've fully funded! It had some ups and downs, but last night it passed the finish line. Thank you for all your help with that.

Now, let's see if we can hit one or more of the stretch goals in the next 48 hours! I think we can do this. Many Kickstarters fund within 24 hours, and at much higher levels than ours. I think we can create a flood of interest, and get that total up so you get audiobooks!

Just a quick update, we're 3 days until this Kickstarter ends and haven't reached our goal, or even the amount of the previous campaign that I cancelled. I still have high hopes though! I will get these books, written, edited, and published no matter what happens, but I still need help.
