Libby Williams Letter To The Editor: All the reasons to vote NO on the 2013 Lakota Levy

Obviously the supporters of the 2013 Lakota levy have no idea how things work in the private sector.  Only in government could they say the kind of things they do and expect to get away with it.  In journalism, at least the way the industry used to be, editors would force answers to questions, who, what, why, when and where.  In manufacturing, the standard question when something is amiss would be to identify the “five whys.”  But with Lakota schools and the levy cheerleaders advocating tax increases upon a community for some mythical reason, let us identify the Letter to the Editor of Libby Williams who is this time around the Lakota Levy Chairperson for the tax increase.  What is shown below is the letter Libby wrote unedited as it appeared in Today’s Pulse, Sunday, October 20, 2013.No Lakota Slide 3 B

Keep Lakota Excellence a Priority

For the last two years, our district leaders have been listening.  They met with parents, business leaders, seniors, supporters, and nonsuppoters alike to find out what our community desires from their schools.  Those thoughts, paired with the knowledge of what our students’ needs are for a quality and sustainable education, were used to determine the levy that we have on the ballot Nov. 5.

We have seen over $20 million in cuts to programs and people.  Over 600 students can no longer participate in activities because they are cost prohibitive.  Those changers are starting to affect our product – out students.

Let’s keep quality and excellence a priority.  Join me in voting yes for Lakota – either at the board of elections before Nov. or at your precinct on Election Day.

Every vote counts to help get our schools and our community back on track.  We are Lakota, and we need you.

Libby Williams

Lakota Levy Chair

Liberty Twp.

Without question Libby is just a nice concerned parent who wants what she thinks is best for her child. Every time there is one of these levy attempts Lakota’s management finds a few neurotic parents to use for their needs, so I won’t lambast the poor woman needlessly.   The world is full of people like this pro tax chairperson For Lakota that are full of good intentions.  However, it must be remembered that the path to hell is always paved with good intentions.  In fact, most of the time, the path to hell is an 8 lane highway while the path to heaven is a dirt road nearly covered with grown over grass.  The path to hell is always lined with all the fun stuff, the emotional eye candy, while the path to heaven is uneventful and rather desolate, so the former has a lot more attraction over the latter, but the facts remain.  So in order to ascertain the ridiculousness of the statements provided in the pro tax letter, let us apply the industry standard “Five Whys” to understand that the statements from Libby are simply those from a Lakota cheerleader and have nothing to do with the conditions of the game being played.  Let’s look now at some of the key parts of Libby’s letter and provide the proper questions analyzed the way the private sector does.  After each “WHY” I will provide the answer.

For the last two years, our district leaders have been listening.  They met with parents, business leaders, seniors, supporters, and nonsuppoters alike to find out what our community desires from their schools

1.       Why did the “leaders” meet?

a.      Obviously Mantia and the school board were using a proven Saul Alinsky method of consensus building where they spent many tens of thousands of tax dollars on the Jeffery Stec facilitator methods of gathering everyone together and letting them vent with a kind of “group hug” mentality.  Lakota never planned to “listen” to anybody they only planned to let people believe it so that unity could be formed in those collaborations.
2.       Why did the leaders believe they needed to listen to the community after three elections told them the answer?

a.      The over 18,000 voters who cast NO votes during the last election was all the voice of the community Lakota needed.  Yet they chose to ignore those elections and spend even greater money on building “teamwork.”  No Lakota Levy actually hosted some of these events.  It was obvious that Mantia believed that these consensus building exercises would take the edge off the tempers and bring the community around to seeing things her way.  Once she had all the different groups together who opposed her tax increases in front of Jeffery she believed that they would not oppose her in the next election.  She never planned to listen, only to take the edge off everyone’s tempers.  Obviously now that the signs for No Lakota Levy are out again, and there are ads in the paper, a new website and more people than ever wanting to join No Lakota Levy, those efforts, and the many thousands of dollars they cost, were a complete waste.
3.       Why two years, were they hoping that voters would forget about the previous three defeats and the conditions contributing to those defeats?  Did they hope that No Lakota Levy would disband and go back to other business?  Did they hope that I would lose the desire to engage the situation and move on to something else?  What is so important about waiting two years?

a.      Lakota obviously believed that the “Rich Hoffman” era of tax resistance would fade if they stopped throwing fuel on the fire.  This time around they have made a point not to engage directly with aggression hoping to soften their image after my exposure of their antics over the years.  They determined to prove that they were the opposite of everything I have said about them.  So they cut a deal with me through No Lakota Levy to back off and let them recover their public image—which I agreed to so to save the community further grief.  A two year break at the ballot box was worth it.  But the minute they announced their intentions, it was time to get back to work.  Now they have what I promised in the Cincinnati Enquirer two years ago when they came after me with all their blazing guns, which backfired—that in the next election they would have to worry about two tax opponents instead of one, and since I wasn’t working with No Lakota Levy any longer, I would be free to speak my mind, instead of the softer dialogue I used before as a spokesman to a group who didn’t feel the kind of conviction I do against public education in general.
4.        When they met with those groups, why did Lakota then determine that it was OK to put on a levy when many of those groups expressed that taxes were too high already?

a.      After the last levy, and during the “community conversations” Lakota was told they needed to reduce their wages at Lakota by 5%.  However, Lakota decided not to listen to that statement and proceed on with further wage increases for 2014 when a new union contract is coming due.  When property owners told Jeffery and the gang that taxes were already too high, there was a lot of head nodding, but no action taken, purposely.
5.       Why does Lakota believe listening is enough?  Why is “action” on that information not pursued?  Anyone can listen, but it’s what is done with the information that is more important.

a.      This is the typical reaction of any government institution. They will do what they determine to be best.  When they “listen” they only hope to pull you into their line of thinking.  They will not yield their position.  They only care to advance matters further to the political left.  By listening, they hope that through kindness they can pull people over to their beliefs.  But they never had any intention of taking community suggestions applying them to the business side of the Lakota levy.  They only hoped to delay a tax increase for a short time and let tempers cool so they could try again before the 2014 union contract negotiations.  That was their only objective during the entire time.

Those thoughts, paired with the knowledge of what our students’ needs are for a quality and sustainable education, were used to determine the levy that we have on the ballot Nov. 5.

1.        Why is “quality” in question?

a.      As it has been stated here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom many times, Lakota is a good school not because of the employees they have, but due to the kind of parents of the students themselves.  Most of the families producing the children at Lakota at least care about their kids, they have nice homes, nice jobs, and nice cars with Blue Ray players in the back seats for kids to watch while being shuttled around from one activity to another—the parents at least are engaged in their children’s lives.  There aren’t many neighborhoods in the Lakota district filled with degenerate welfare recipients and unmanaged children with token “baby mommas.”  Most parents at least care about their children’s futures, even if that concern often gets translated into neurosis.  So Lakota is starting with kids who have a generally good home life, which is the key to raising successful children.  Lakota’s success is due exclusively to the quality of their students, not the quality of the staff.  I have said many times, all the employees at Lakota could be fired and replaced with new employees’ right out of college, and the results would be the same, because the kids and their parents are better than in areas around Cincinnati where strong family values are not recognized.
2.        How does money create quality, and why is money short at Lakota?

a.      Money does not create quality, so there is no statistic that Lakota can present to justify the over $60K average that employees at Lakota make through their collective bargaining agreements.  Money is paid to reward those who are exceptional—but through the union collective bargaining agreement the exceptional and the bad all get paid together.  The teacher who really cares about the life of their students gets paid on a scale the same as the sexual deviant who is trying to “bang” the mother one of his students, (You know who you are cocksucker) or send sexually provocative texts to their students hoping to get back naked pictures of teenagers in heat.  This whole collective bargaining concept is an absolute joke, and should be abolished. The politicians who allowed the union lobby to shove them in this direction in the 1980s should be walked off a short plank into a sea of sharks and piranhas, and we should never look back!  And no, I do not like bad people, or those who are up to no good.  I especially do not like to be forced to pay for these scum bags with my tax money.
3 .       Why are student needs connected to the radicalism of labor disputes?

a.      We saw the same tactic during the recent government shutdown, parks were closed, monuments roped off, while President Obama spent $4 million to fly to Hawaii on Air Force One.  The bussing cuts, the pay to play fees, the cuts in electives, and every painful imposition at Lakota was done to hurt the tax payer by hurting their children.  Meanwhile the teachers are banging each other and trying to seduce their students with a Brave New World orgy porgy mentality. (Go ahead, click the link to see the truth). It is so common I am tired of hearing about all the incidents.  The behavior is reckless, and pathetic.  Lakota wants to justify their collective bargaining agreement with their employees which averages over $63K per year!  To protect that, they will put the hurt on children and their parents in a New York minute—and that is the exclusive reason that students have suffered.  It was Superintendent Mantia’s call, her fault, and her track record that she now has to defend.
4.       Why is education not sustainable?

a.      Lakota has maintained an Excellent with Distinction now every year for a decade in spite of not having a levy passed since 2005.  I fought that levy back in 2005 too, and so my resistance to taxes is not new.  The quality of the school is not determined by the administrators or the teachers; it is determined by the parents—as stated.  The Excellence with Distinction is a scam that is awarded to superintendents who are good at playing the political angle.  It has nothing to do with quality.  Lakota is in the tough position of having to make a decision to deliberately wreck their ranking so they can justify their tax increases, or letting it resume being good proving that money does not equate to quality.  That strategy was implemented long ago to draw out this very purpose, and the results are clear.   Their comments that the education level is not sustainable is deliberately vague, the sustainability of the wage levels is not, but the class sizes, the types of classes, the condition of the schools are all very sustainable.  The collective bargaining agreement with employees making all over $60K per year is not.
5 .       Why is this information being placed at this time in 2013, specifically in November.

a.      As stated Lakota has a contract renewal with the LEA in June of 2014 so to get the money lined up for the pay increases that have been promised, they must have the money lined up by the start of the next fiscal year.  Lakota gambled when they cut their deal with me hoping that two years would be enough time for my influence to fade from the public scene and the network that No Lakota Levy had established would erode away.  They figured that if they could isolate the press from my “radicalism” then they’d have a shot.  They also wanted to wait for an off year election.  It would have been murder for them to try this attempt during the last presidential election because the Lakota school district is mostly raw conservative.  The only supporters of Lakota who are not neurotic parents are fellow government employees who live off looted tax money.  This year there aren’t many big elections, no governor races, no congressional or senate races, only smaller issues—so the schools are attacking now hoping they can get enough turnout without having too much turnout.  Too much hurts them, and too little turn-out hurts them, they need it to be just the right amount where it’s all the neurotic levy supporters while the No Votes stay home.  This is why Fairfield is trying for another levy so soon, Lebanon, and so on with many dozens of others.  It’s all about timing and getting the odds stacked in their favor.  They don’t give a damn about the actual will of the community, only to skip by the process with numbers to their favor.   They could have tried for spring or summer elections, but they didn’t at Lakota because they knew the numbers were not there.  They hoped by using the community conversations method that they’d build up a voter base, take away the opposition, and put time and distance from their antics of the past.  But they must do it before 2014.  They also know that they will have to go to voters again in 2017, so they need time for people to forget about this tax increase so they can have about 3 years before asking again.  Those costs are driven exclusively by their collective bargaining agreement with the LEA.

We have seen over $20 million in cuts to programs and people.  Over 600 students can no longer participate in activities because they are cost prohibitive.

Why was $20 million cut?

As painful as Lakota tries to make it sound, the $20 million in cuts are perfectly in line with what they should be due to declining enrollment.  Lakota as a district is entering a phase of mature development.  The homes are more expensive than average meaning there are fewer buyers able to live in the community who have school age kids—leaving more mature investors to purchase real estate.   Most of those mature investors do not have children in the district, so enrollment is dropping at Lakota considerably.  CLICK HERE TO SEE AN EXPLAINATION.  Not having those $20 million in cuts would have been irresponsible.  That would mean that there would be $20 million worth of non essential personnel on the Lakota payroll.  The fact that those cuts occurred is to the credit of No Lakota Levy for forcing the issue.  If there had not been a defeat in the previous three elections, Lakota would not have made those needed cuts.  They will have to make many more cuts in the future—because of declining enrollment.
Why can over 600 students no longer participate in activities?

600 students were pushed out of the extra circular activities because of the enormous costs to the students.  No Lakota Levy tried to help with this by releiveing students of some of the pressure, but this caused Lakota to lash out at me very publically as they knew they could not afford to lose the children as an extortion device.  CLICK HERE TO READ A FORBES ARTICLE DONE ABOUT ME, AND NO LAKOTA LEVY.  The fees created by the mismanagement of Lakota’s resources caused 600 students to lose the ability to participate in extra circular activities.   The services were paid for by the community, yet the management at Lakota chose to use children in an exploitive way to pad their collective bargaining agreements.  It’s that simple.
Why are extracurricular activities cost prohibitive?

The fee was set high on activities so to make it hard on the parents.  The intention is for parents to complain to their neighbors and for the information to spread like wildfire from home to home and upon election time, voters are supposed to vote in favor of tax increases to alleviate the pain placed on the original complaining neighbor.  This tactic is taught at Levy University each year at the OSBA Conference in Columbus, Ohio.  How do I know—I have many friends who have been to it and reported exactly what goes on there.  The practice is EXTORTION!
Why were cuts needed?

There weren’t.  They were implemented as an extortive measure.
Why is management so poor that these conditions arise?

Lakota management does not have control of the ship, by law.  The union lobby has made it so that legally school boards can do very little to control their budgets.  Anything the school board tries to do to manage their money ends up disputed and in arbitration.  This is why the only kind of superintendents that are brought into a district is former teachers who have been molded by the system for the benefits of the system.  Where Lakota management goes wrong is that they side with their radical labor force rather than the rest of the community so that they can keep the internal peace.  The union radicals use nice people like Libby Williams to do their dirty work for them as they hide in the shadows and drive up costs behind the exploitation of children.  It’s a bad system that goes so far to be considered outright evil.

Every vote counts to help get our schools and our community back on track.  We are Lakota, and we need you.

1.       This is why I call the levy advocates cheerleaders, and why I think the whole idea is so stupid.  The score in the game could be 100 to nothing and the cheerleaders still stand on the sideline doing their little dances and saying things like, “let’s go team.”  I addressed this issue back in April provoking this response in the Pulse Journal from one of those levy cheerleaders who reside in the shadows behind Libby.

Here we go again:”……levy addict…glorified community baby-sitting service.”

As stated above, Lakota hopes to drown out people like me so that nobody sees what’s really going on.  If the text above is clicked on, I dispute everything said point for point.  But basically, the levy cheerleaders have no grip on reality, no understanding of economics, no concept that they are allowing their children to be used as extortion pawns, and no will to question anything.  They just want to stand on the sideline and do their cheering for the sake of feeling important.

I could speak forever on all the reasons why the Lakota levy is a bad idea and why the people behind it are up to no good.  But the best way to beat them is with a levy defeat.  The best way to shut them up, shut them down, and drown them out is by showing up to vote against them.   The only way to manage money in the Lakota district is to keep it out of their hands.  If voters do that, they can strike a blow that will resonate for many years.  It will end careers that deserve to be ended, it will flush out the garbage as they will seek employment elsewhere, and it will set a standard that other schools will have to duplicate.  The way to silence the lies is to force them to eat the truth, and the way to do that is to take away their money.  And that is the real fear behind the cheers, is that if Lakota does not get this levy, their bluffs will have been called, and they will be forced into a labor dispute that will force them to pick sides.   The only way that can happen is if voters show up, and show up in unusually high numbers to decline tax increases and force Lakota to live within its means.

Communist Planks 18-21: Obamacare is communism and why Republicans are defenseless

What was the government shutdown all about?  What are the Republicans fighting against and why were the Democrats so intent to hold their line?  President Obama made many speeches during the debates of October 2013, and all of them had a general theme that Republicans were not allowed to shut down the government just to get what they wanted—which was an end to socialized medicine known as Obamacare.  The media turned against the GOP in predictable ways and pundits went immediately to work supporting President Obama.  There was never a mention by the press that the same tactic the GOP was using to hold up the destructive implementation of Obamacare was the same tactic used by labor unions who strike often to “get what they want” and support President Obama exclusively.  In the end, the GOP caved and Obama advanced the communist position that is the wind in his sales more to the political left fulfilling further advancement of the 45 Planks of Communism that were outlined in the warning book from 1958 called The Naked Communist.  This article is part of a running series I’m doing on the intended strategy communists intentionally inflicted on America to destroy capitalism and by the evidence presented during the shutdown, the effectiveness of communist planks 18, 19, 20, and 21 are easy to see.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW PAST ARTICLES.  What we are seeing right now is the result of a communist attack that started in the 1930s, and occurred so slow that nobody paid attention as the names were changed to “progressivism” from open communism.  Obamacare and President Obama are communists.  It doesn’t matter what they call themselves, their behavior is exactly the same as the terrible communists of yesteryear, and their rise to power in The White House was made possible by the following Planks from that old book.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy making positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

Ayn Rand, tried to warn America along with Walt Disney, John Wayne, Gary Cooper and many others that communism was doing exactly what Communist Plank 21 stated, and infiltrating itself into the motion picture industry.  CLICK HERE TO READ A VERY REVEALING DOCUMENT FROM THE TIME.  Back then those film producers and actors were the mainstream, and Senator McCarthy represented a portion of America that felt similarly, and they saw communism as a major threat to American sovereignty.  The communists won against McCarthy the same way that they won against the GOP, and eventually John Wayne, Walt Disney and everyone else standing behind Ayn Rand’s Motion Picture Guide designed to root out communists.  They were defeated by public sentiment.   That public sentiment was shaped by the communists capture of the above planks.  The victor defines history, and communism won behind the lines during the 1950’s so by the time Ayn Rand published her Screen Guide for Americans it was already over.  McCarthy was too late, the communist philosophy had already penetrated the American culture and was able to shape the Senator as a radical traditionalist through the media establishment firmly trained in communism.

I have written about how Ronald Reagan in his younger days actually applied for communist membership.  He did it well before he ever thought of being President of The United States because during the Red Decade of the 1930s communism was a fashion trend that was all the rage.  CLICK HERE FOR PROOF.   Reagan was the head of his labor union at the time and all his fellow actors were advocating the benefits of communism at their Hollywood parties. Ayn Rand, Disney and Wayne had firsthand knowledge of this activity which is why Rand wrote her “Guide.”   Reagan played along as a strapping young leading man in movies thinking it was just innocent fun, until he made a film in England and saw the devastating effects socialism had on the English economy.  That was when he became a Republican and began building a career as a spokesman for GE honing himself for a governor race, and eventually President—attacking communism, instead of trying to join it.  It was one of the causes of his divorce from his first wife who continued to run with the “in” Hollywood crowd hell-bent on communism.  A few years later, communism was everywhere, only they changed the name after the McCarthy hearings to avoid going to jail as members of the Hollywood Ten did.

The Hollywood blacklist—as the broader entertainment industry blacklist is generally known—was the mid-20th-century practice of denying employment to screenwriters, actors, directors, musicians, and other U.S. entertainment professionals because of their suspected political beliefs or associations. Artists were barred from work on the basis of their alleged membership in or sympathy with the American Communist Party, involvement in progressive political causes that enforcers of the blacklist associated with communism, and refusal to assist investigations into Communist Party activities. Even during the period of its strictest enforcement, the late 1940s through the late 1950s, the blacklist was rarely made explicit and verifiable, but it caused direct damage to the careers of scores of individuals working in the film industry.

The first systematic Hollywood blacklist was instituted on November 25, 1947, the day after ten writers and directors were cited for contempt of Congress for refusing to give testimony to the House Committee on Un-American Activities. A group of studio executives, acting under the aegis of the Motion Picture Association of America, announced the firing of the artists—the so-called Hollywood Ten—in what has become known as the Waldorf Statement. On June 22, 1950, a pamphlet called Red Channels appeared, focusing on the field of broadcasting. It named 151 entertainment industry professionals in the context of “Red Fascists and their sympathizers”; soon most of those named, along with a host of other artists, were barred from employment in much of the entertainment field. The blacklist was effectively broken in 1960 when Dalton Trumbo, an unrepentant member of the Hollywood Ten, was publicly acknowledged as the screenwriter of the films Spartacus and Exodus. A number of those blacklisted, however, were still barred from work in their professions for years afterward.

Joseph Raymond “Joe” McCarthy (November 14, 1908 – May 2, 1957) was an American politician who served as a Republican U.S. Senator from the state of Wisconsin from 1947 until his death in 1957. Beginning in 1950, McCarthy became the most visible public face of a period in which Cold War tensions fueled fears of widespread Communist subversion.[1] He was noted for making claims that there were large numbers of Communists and Soviet spies and sympathizers inside the United States federal government and elsewhere. Ultimately, his tactics and inability to substantiate his claims led him to be censured by the United States Senate.

The term McCarthyism, coined in 1950 in reference to McCarthy’s practices, was soon applied to similar anti-communist activities. Today the term is used more generally in reference to demagogic, reckless, and unsubstantiated accusations, as well as public attacks on the character or patriotism of political opponents.[2]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_McCarthy

Regardless of what anyone thinks of McCarthy, of his sanity, of his alcoholism, of his credibility, it was obvious that he had an unfiltered fear of communism as he observed it in his day.  He fought what he thought was a good and valiant fight for the future of America.  To measure against there is a new blacklist in Hollywood and the roles have been reversed.  It is now nearly exclusively progressives who run the show as conservatives tread shallow water and only if they have large box office ability.  The communists had already gained strong enough positions that they could shape public sentiment against McCarthy.  By the end of his hearings, McCarthy had taken a beating that still resonates to this day among Republicans afraid of being thrown in with the radicalism of McCarthy.  It is one of the Democrats primary weapons against Republicans to paint them as radicals like McCarthy forcing members of the GOP to prove otherwise.  That strategy is one designed by communism through planks 18-21.

(Have any doubts?  Watch this whole thing.  Grab a snack…………………and listen carefully)

The current debt crises is an intentional breaking of the American capitalist system as communist trained minds functioning as progressives and Democrats seek to implement soft socialism leading to communism at every opportunity.  In that fight Republicans are continuously disarmed as they still try to distance themselves from politicians like Senator McCarthy and the modern Senator Ted Cruz.  Even if those politicians come off sounding as kooks, the definition of kookiness was molded by the modern media which has been infiltrated with communist thought renamed “progressive.” McCarthy and Cruz may be 100% correct in their assertions, but the way their facts were communicated to the public remains under the control of communist planks 18-21 so the public sentiment in a majority will always be against them.  This is why communists sought to take control of the student newspapers, invoke riots among student populations, gain control of the media in every way possible—so that the communists could shape the way tomorrow viewed their philosophy of collectivism with a favorable light.

Now watch this if you dare!

Obamacare is communism.  Bill O’Reilly is wrong to suggest that it is OK to allow Obamacare to be implemented and once it is, the people under democratic rule will elect politicians to repeal it. The intention of communists is not to give health care to poor people as it is proposed, and defended by Fox News commentators like O’Reilly.  The intention is to make more poor people to act as foot soldiers against society overwhelming the system so to destroy American capitalism.  Obamacare seeks to gain control of the American economy and once they have it, they don’t intend to let it go.  Their plot is the result many years of planning and Obamacare was their aim.  So they won’t let it go without a major fight—a fight that cannot be won playing nice.  Only a series of strong patriots more radical than Senator McCarthy, wiser than Ayn Rand, more charismatic than Walt Diseny, and more representative of the alpha male than John Wayne can have a crack at defeating these American communists who are now as common as grains of sand upon a vast beach—the fight will be a bloody one, metaphorically, and physically, but it must take place if capitalism is to survive.  Because the communists have always intended for capitalism to perish, and they penetrated the media through communist planks 18-21 to achieve their tactical aims.

Sheriff Jones Loses To Superintendent Mantia: Another Republican caves to political pressure

Of course Sheriff Jones fresh off his fundraiser duties for Cindy Carpenter is going to vote for the Lakota Levy.  He is part of the same generation that gave us all Medicare, huge national debts, and supports the kind of Republican that John Kasich is now, and the kind John Boehner has always been, soft compromising losers who allow themselves to be talked in to spending other people’s stolen tax money for the “greater good.”  Jones like those other Republicans has also recently caved on his position, where he stated he would not support a Lakota levy until there were police officers in the school hired to  protect students to avoid another Sandy Hook massacre—which Lakota has tried to exploit as a reason to support more tax increases.  Lakota blew off Jones and all his supposed power in politics to play their same hard-line yank to the left for all their opponents.  John Kasich lost to Obama going from a Tea Party governor, to a boot licking, money groveling advocate of Obamacare, in part because of Jones who worked the issue through his friend Bill Cunningham in the wake of the Senate Bill 5 debate, Boehner lost directly to Obama as a comfortable fat cat Washington insider caving on the government shutdown and presenting to the nation Obamacare, and Jones lost to Lakota, who blew him off with their open extortion tactic of not supporting Jones’ recommendation, and decided to not entertain the idea of hiring police for building security until they twisted more money out of the community with a tax increase.  So it comes as no surprise that Jones has come out in support of the Lakota levy.  In the past Sheriff Jones’ police officers watched openly the theft of many thousands of dollars of No Lakota Levy campaign signs, and did nothing about it.  After all, the police and teachers are basically all government union brothers and sisters, so they have each other’s back.

But there was a Letter to the Editor in this week’s Today’s Pulse which took the opposite position of Sheriff Jones regarding the Lakota levy and pointed out the game superintendent Mantia is really playing, which ultimately defeated Jones.  Jones drew a hard-line in the sand about security at Lakota, similar to Obama’s hard line with Syria, only to have Mantia ignore it in much the way that Obama’s was ignored.  In the end, it was Jones who ended up eating out of Mantia’s hand ignoring the obvious ploy of extortion which is revealed to anybody paying attention.  The letter writer below did notice.

Law enforcement people told the school district that seven additional security people are needed to protect Lakota from a tragedy like Newtown. Lakota has given no indication of taking action on this recommendation and is delaying hiring pending passage of the November levy. The cost for this added security is $350K per year.

At a special July 8th school board meeting that focused on putting the levy on the ballot, I spoke to the board and Dr. Mantia about the need to immediately take action on hiring the recommended seven people.  Stating that the student’s safety is a number one priority, Dr. Mantia said it was also essential to balance the budget.  When a school board member questioned her if there was a plan on how to proceed with the hiring, the superintendent did not answer his question.

There are two elements of increasing the security of Lakota’s facilities – changes to the building’s physical structure and a visible presence of security personnel. Common knowledge that someone may be present to stop a dangerous intruder is a very effective way to deter violence on Lakota’s campus. The potential of a counterforce presence can actually be more potent than other security measures like cameras or limited access entrances.

On May 29th, the board summarily approved $534K to blacktop parking lots and tennis courts.  At the September 30th meeting, the district had an excess of 90-days available operating cash (the district spends on average about $400K a day), and it projects that it will have almost $1.4 million in surplus for the 2013-2014 year.

The Lakota school board is pregnant with the knowledge that steps need to be and can be immediately taken to improve student’s safety. Delaying hiring security people so that it is dependent on the levy’s passage borders on extortion.

John Halase

West Chester

During the last school board meeting there was a presentation about Facilities and Security.  Some schools have their main office in the middle of the building instead of adjacent to the entry doors.  The plan is to convert classrooms by the doors to offices and force pass throughs to the office.  Lakota indicated that they already have cameras looking at the doors and buzzer access after students’ morning entry.  One school has a curved front, and they said that it would take extra work.  That is the scope of the $6.3M Mantia said would be spent on security.  What Lakota is really doing is taking extra class-rooms which are emptying because there are fewer students with the declining enrollment and hiding that fact from the public by using them for “pass throughs” for so-called security purposes—which is laughable.  When the subject of that declining enrollment was brought up, Mantia was sensitive to it.  She argued that the district cut 150 teachers and they are short-staffed.  (based on what?)  She said there isn’t a direct correlation between the number of students and the number of teachers needed.  This too is laughable.  Mantia as a former teacher obviously has been brain-washed to believe the old union talking points—when questioned about anything—blame it on being short-staffed.   This is how Lakota ended up with so many redundant administration positions.  CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO SEE SOME OF THEM.

http://www.nolakotalevy.com/salaries.html

During the last decade when enrollment was going up, Lakota argued they needed more money because of the imposition that more students placed upon their employment base.  Now that the opposite is true, Mantia wishes to convince the tax payers that there is little to no correlation between the numbers of employees and student enrollment numbers.  Really?  That is like McDonald’s declaring that if they only had two customers a day, they’d need a full staff of 25 workers to cover those two people who might come in to order coffee.  It is preposterous.  Mantia is obviously all wrong about her thinking.   Instead of all her proposals for the over $13 million she wants to raise with this new tax increase, she should be looking at massive lay-offs and consolidating some of the empty buildings instead of dumping more money into buildings that only have unneeded employees in them and no students.

Now it is clear why Sheriff Jones is supporting the Lakota levy even though they snubbed him publically.  As a fellow government worker, he is in the same boat as Mantia.  If he were to ever lose support for his budget from the Butler County tax base, he’s facing many of the problems that Lakota is now.  So he really doesn’t have a choice but to support the same system which he also benefits from.  Mantia knew it at the start of his campaign, just like Obama knew that Boehner would cave once the debt ceiling hit.  Republicans do not have the will to cut up the government credit card and Obama played his hand with that knowledge on the government shut down debate.  Mantia knew that Jones did not have the political capital to stand apart from Lakota, so she played her hand against him, and still earned his endorsement.  Her token concession of turning some empty classrooms into “security” zones was enough to let Jones come away from his position of hiring live police officers for increased security, and earn his support.

The people who support the Lakota levy are the people who directly receive benefit from the service directly or indirectly.  Sheriff Jones receives benefit indirectly because so long as people support government schools, they are likely to continue supporting government police officers.  The other Lakota levy supporters like Mantia are voting in favor of their pay checks.  There isn’t anywhere else a person like her would make a quarter million dollars.  If she wasn’t in government she’d be lucky to make $9 dollars an hour in the private sector as her skills would be worthless as a token administrator.  Mantia also protects the teaching profession which gave her that looting opportunity so that future generations of teachers can do as she has and build high paying careers by playing the kind of games she did with Sheriff Jones, raking in a bounty that would make Caribbean pirates shy with bragging rights.  The other supporters are parents who want the services of a private education without having to actually pay for it, so they support the tax increase to feel like good parents when they are really just too busy to do the job themselves and expect the community to fund it for them.  They all have in common a love of social looting to serve their purposes.  They all support each other’s efforts even when they put on a show of discontent.  In the end, they are one and the same, part of the massive blob called collective government statists intent on the eradication of capitalism, and the new dawn of a socialist day where they will be exempt from the massive middle class and function as one of the social elite of public service.

CLICK HERE TO SEE WHAT JONES SAID AND LEARN HOW LAKOTA DISMISSED HIM.  IT WOULD APPEAR THAT LAKOTA ONLY CARES ABOUT SCHOOL SAFETY IF THE LEVY PASSES.  IF IT DOES, THEN JONES GETS HIS ARMED SECURITY……………………….MAYBE.  LOL

Why To Vote For Mark Welch and Matt King: A debate for West Chester Trustee

Over this past week, there were a couple of public debates allowing the current West Chester trustees Catherine Stoker and Lee Wong to defend their records against the challengers Mark Welch and Matt King.  I support Mark and Matt and you dear reader will too after watching the video shown below.  Clearly Mark and Matt are much more competent as potential trustees.  Just listen to them.  There really isn’t any question.

Listening and watching Wong and Stoker defending their records,  Stoker came across as a career, 20 year politician.  Her comments were political, polished, and non-committal, the way long time politicians always are.  Wong on the other hand declared that the reason he should be trustee again was because “people like bike paths, they like to talk to one another, and he rides his bicycle all over West Chester.”  Serious!  He must have said it 7 times during the debate.  The most telling aspects of the debate are the things that Stoker and Wong took credit for and the things they said were out of their control.  A couple of those things were: “zoning regulations were voted on by citizens.”  We are not supposed to blame the trustees who had final approval of these regulations, because it was the will of the people. “The land use plan was put together by a citizens committee.”  In other words, voters cannot blame trustees who had final approval of the plan, because a citizen committee of ass kissing Agenda 21 loving statists created it under their subtle nudges.  “Zoning review committee is manned by citizens.”—whom Trustees appointed and Trustees will have final approval of their work. “The citizens voted for the aggregation program(s)”—(so trustees who voted for approval are off the hook).  See how it works?  Listen carefully to the way the current trustees try to shrug off any responsibility for anything that might be unpleasant.

Stoker blamed the withholding of legal expenses from inclusion in the trustee agenda on staff not being able to pay a vendor, a vendor billing at the current rate of $290 per hour that could not be contacted for longer terms, a vendor whose billings were included in over half a million dollars of legal expenses to the township during 2012?  In defending the Wong and Stoker exclusion of Fiscal Officer from executive sessions, Stoker cast doubt on the integrity of the Fiscal Officer without cause.  But yet, as trustees, Wong and Stoker claim all the credit for the successful operations of the township and the growth of commerce and industry.  No credit to the developers, investors, merchants, donors, etc.—the visionaries who really made it work—or the staff and employees of the township who helped enable it.  Bet you didn’t know that video was so exciting did you?  Watch it again with “educated eyes.”

If this debate doesn’t clear things up about who the people are behind the campaign signs, then it needs to be watched until it does—because the differences are incredibly obvious.  The decision is basically does West Chester want a couple of long-term career politicians who have little idea how to run the community, or do they want a couple of highly competent businessmen who have more than two cents to apply to the various problems of community management.

For me it is easy to decide.  I wouldn’t vote for Wong because he’s certainly not competent.  He is a nice enough guy, but there is more to running a community’s finances than riding a bicycle around West Chester.  And with Stoker, she is too politically savy to actually do the will of the people.  She is a typical politician, and that alone makes her unqualified.  The only real answer is Welch and King.  Those two guys represent opportunity.  The other two represent stagnation, complacency, and a slide backwards toward the business cycle of so many Cincinnati communities that have had their day in the sun, then fallen to decline due to corrosive politicians.

The Panic Driven Lakota Looter: Helping the pro levy side find some help

If you are a Frito eating, couch sitting, pill popping insecure parent who is seeking a free education for your children off the backs of residents in the Lakota school district I want to help you with an announcement.  The school principals working with the various PTO groups at Lakota are frustrated that there aren’t more social degenerates to join their ranks in this election of 2013.  They are concerned that there doesn’t seem to be the same “passion” for helping to pass a devastating tax increase this time around.  At least that is the word from within their pro levy ranks.  Outwardly, it is business as usual—apply socialist leaning tax increases to brainwash children into mass collectivism—and lie, cheat and steal to accomplish the task.

So just to make this election a little more balanced, I want to help those enemies of intelligence by distributing their advertisement for a Pro Levy rally that is being organized by the Endeavor PTO group—the type of people I called “latte sipping prostitutes” during the last election.  CLICK HERE TO READ THAT ENQUIRER ARTICLE AND REVIEW MY OPINION OF THESE PEOPLE.  They are at it again, but this time fewer people seem interested in helping the school principals dodge Ohio state law working in favor of tax increases with brain-dead, neurotic levy supporters as their foot soldiers of social destruction.  So for those who are stupid enough to vote for a school levy and secretly seek a baby sitter to watch their children because they are too lazy to care for them personally, below is an event you will want to attend, to be around like-minded pro tax supporters.  As for the rest, here is a glimpse into the mind of social menaces disguised as smiling community patriots.  In reality most of them are simply latte sipping prostitutes with asses………………..well you know the rest.

Hello Endeavor Staff and PTO!

Thank you for sharing your personal emails with me so I can efficiently communicate levy campaign information. (A couple of the staff emails I received are not valid, so please communicate this information with your colleagues.  Jen and Kym, please forward to everyone you can!)  We have two important events coming up as we head into the home stretch of the campaign and we need our Endeavor community to help us make them successful!

October 26th Caravan and Rally!

Join us at Endeavor at 9:00 am for this fun event to generate excitement and encourage early voting!

We will dress up our cars and caravan through the community on our way to Plains where we will meet up with the rest of LAKOTA  at 10:00 am for a brief rally, celebration and prizes.  We will have decorating supplies on hand along with donuts and coffee to fuel our spirits.  (Feel free to bring your own decorations as well!  You can print “For Lakota” logos at forlakota.com.)

Following the program, join the group as we head to the Board of Elections to cast our ballots and be counted!

Bring your friends, bring your neighbors and LET’S GET OUT THE VOTE!!!!

Please let me know if you are able to join us so I know how many supplies to purchase.  Let’s make Endeavor’s caravan the most impressive!!!

October 30th Canvassing!

I PROMISE it won’t be as bad as it sounds!  Endeavor already filled a phone banking session back in September and made HUNDREDS of calls in less than 2 hours – and everyone came out alive!  :)  Now it’s time to fill a canvassing session to get people out to VOTE!  As the people who participated in the phone banking can tell you, we are not trying to convince “no” voters to change their minds.  We are simply getting information out and reminding people of the importance of actually casting their ballots.  The levy committee will provide training, including a script and materials. We will travel in teams of 2 so you don’t have to go alone!

We are sharing a session with Heritage on Wednesday, October 30th.  Endeavor is committed to filling 20 spots (10 teams of 2).  We will all meet at Heritage at 4:30 pm for training and then head out from there.  Missy (Heritage’s principal) and I will provide pizza for our awesome volunteers before we hit the pavement.   Please consider volunteering about 3 hours on this evening to help get the “yes” votes to the polls!  Research proves that door to door communication is absolutely critical to winning any campaign.

Please let me know if you are able to support this effort so I can let the committee know how many routes to prepare.  Thanks!

If you cannot participate on the 30th, but would like to help another day, please follow the link below to Sign-Up Genius.

Thanks so much!  Please let me know if you have any questions!

As it can be seen, the principals of several Lakota schools are behind this effort and there are scripts, phone banks and all out attempts to turn NO voters into Yes voters.  They are supposedly doing this on their own time, to avoid violating Ohio law which states that school employees cannot support levy activity. It doesn’t matter to anybody that many of these plans, emails and phone calls do occur during work hours.  But when it comes to what a lot of these school principals get paid at Lakota, a few weekends of time volunteered is worth it to them. Look at what they get paid, seen on the No Lakota Levy website.

2012 Salary Analysis: Lakota School District

Click here to see for yourself!

http://www.nolakotalevy.com/salaries.html

It becomes clear quickly what’s in it for the school administrators at Lakota.  It’s all about money, and they need enough mindless supporters to jump on board and support their financial scam.  Unfortunately, because of the efforts over the years of educating the public, more people than ever know what is behind these types of games.  It gives me great pride to see that No Lakota Levy has evolved into such a respectable organization that provides so much wonderful content.  It has come a long way from a website that my daughter and I put together on a shoe string budget.  Some of the smartest minds of the Lakota business community are behind the website, and it shows.  I am very proud and happy to share a community with those people as they have taken No Lakota Levy to new levels of competency.

Without groups like No Lakota Levy, there is no defense against the kind of school sponsored activities described in the literature above from the PTO group.  No Lakota Levy today is a kinder, gentler version of a tax fighting organization than when I was with them, but that doesn’t reduce their effectiveness.  I feel more passionately over the wrong doings that occur within the education industry than most people do, so my attitude over public education has reflected that social position.  I obviously do not like supporters and employees of public education for philosophical reasons that I see detrimental to the human race—and capitalism.  The current members of No Lakota Levy are good community minded people who simply wish the facts of the education nightmare currently going on in the Lakota school district be known, and on their new website, they let the facts tell the whole story without a lot of emotion to drive the temperament—which is very good.

The reason for this upcoming Lakota levy, for the proposed impact on businesses, residents barely scraping by, and all the tax payers about to be rampaged with 20% increases in their health care costs due to Obamacare, is to support the salary structure shown above, from the No Lakota Levy website.  The reason that the principals of the schools mentioned are hard at work building a network of levy supporting zombies to do their dirty ground work of tax increase promotion is to protect their wage structure with perceived value hidden behind layers of emotion.  They are protecting their jobs which pay outrageously high benefits for being simply glorified baby sitters, and they need the levy to continue their corrosive pillaging of the Lakota community.

The reason the numbers of people volunteering for these PTO rally events is declining is because more people than ever know why Lakota is financially strapped.  It’s not for lack of money, in the same way that Washington politicians just approved a debt ceiling increase over $17 trillion while tax payers are paying more money to the government than at any point in American history, the government is still spending more money than they are taking in—Lakota plans to spend more money than they take in because of poor management choices—which become glaringly clear when the salary structure is shown.

I’m normally not a person who calls other people names.  I actually do listen to people who think differently than I do.  However, I have learned with these levy supporters that they are fanatically ignorant to the facts of reality and they truly wish to hurt other people with their misguided world view—and neurotic sentiments.  I find them despicable, detrimental to the furtherance of human evolution, and woefully destructive as thinking sentient beings.  I have grown to despise them for their desire to harm entire communities with high taxes based on no fact driven analysis which stays with every single property owner of Liberty and West Chester Townships for most of their lives.  The short-sightedness of the levy supporter angers me greatly.

But even I have a little compassion for them when they try to host a rally, and nobody wants to show up because everyone thinks they are idiots.  They’ll have the usual levy fanatics—the kind of people who still think they are high school cheerleaders and feel so guilty over what crappy parents they are, that they think by passing a levy with all their volunteerism they can show their kids how much they care.  But a vast majority of the people will sit on the sidelines and resent the bastions of greed which the pro levy supporters at Lakota represent because they understand the end game.  The sum of the entire ordeal is in the extraordinary wages the school employees make, and their willingness to use children as emotional hostages in order to secure even more money for themselves at the expense of everyone.  For that reason I think these levy supporters are the most disgusting people I have ever met, and deserve to feel the pain of reality with a NO vote on November 5th.

Rebel Republicans Versus The Old School GOP: How Cindy Carpenter’s War Chest Gets Filled, and Why

Of course John Boehner and the rest of the Republicans caved as the debt limit neared.  Business and politics are so sinfully entangled that they can no longer be viewed separately, which is a tremendous problem.   Shortly after the deal was done and the Democrats and Republicans agreed on a bill that did nothing to Obamacare, the Republicans yielded once again to the radicals in Washington prompting Boehner to call his golf buddy 700 WLW talk show host Bill Cunningham to brag about it.  It is also noted that Cunningham’s other good local friend is Sheriff Jones who is about to be a special guest at Cindy Carpenter’s fundraising reception.  The network of the old statist bound GOP was clear in those defining moments of American history where the temperament of the nation moved to the left yet again because of the corrosive politics about to be unveiled.

To understand what is going on with the Republican Party at the level of Washington D.C. it is best to look at examples within our local communities where the characters are better known, then understand that the same type of intermingling of ideals driven by crony capitalism is taking place.  When it is said that John Boehner is a dirty dealer willing to sacrifice conservative values in favor of a deal the context of Boehner’s construction must be understood.  The people who put him into power in the first place must be examined—then their reasons require understanding as to motive.  Understanding that, all one need to do is look at the Butler County Commissioner Cindy Carpenter fundraiser and study who was involved and why—because it is the same political machine that supports John Boehner.1FUND RAISER INVITATION

Many of the people in the following story are people I know, and the nature of the described activity is something that disgusts me.  Some of them I grew up with, and I think a lot of.  I disagree with their actions, but I like them as people because while I represent the New Rebellion of Conservative Republicanism, and they represent the Old School Machine Politics of the GOP, we have in common a love of capitalism.  The biggest differences between us are their love of crony capitalism and my love of laissez-faire capitalism.  Both views are far superior to the socialist leaning Democrats who are philosophically based on wealth redistribution.  At least the characters below are creating jobs, expanding the economy, and making the world better.  However, the alignment of business and politics should be forbidden, but as it will be shown below, is the dominate concern of the parties involved.  Politics should not be about using government to advance business ideals, but unfortunately, that is the current way of doing business, and it shouldn’t be.

They say that money is the mother’s milk of politics and it is absolutely true that you cannot run a campaign without money.  A few well-off politicians fund their own campaigns and do not have to take money from donors.  Those who are well-off were successful and are proven leaders who should be in the greatest position financially, socially, and philosophically to represent a republic.  Others, whose personal finances are less substantial, find themselves obliged to use a variety of methods to accumulate the money necessary to run for office.    This is the kind of person that John Boehner is, and County Commissioner Cindy Carpenter.  It is among the career politicians, however, that the fine art of raising money so that they can continue holding office has become a way of life that varies between the moral and the immoral role of government infringement into individual lives.

There are always individuals who have businesses that can either be helped or hurt by political office holders.  They tend to be generous donors to the campaigns of incumbents who will make the decisions that will positively or negatively impact those business owners businesses, thus the concept of crony capitalism was born.  Power-hungry nut jobs who would be successful in no other endeavor find they have power over businessmen and women because they hold the regulatory purses of a community.  Smart business people find that to appease these parasites, they must contribute money to purchase the loyalty of the politicians and once they have them in their pocket, they keep them in place to preserve their business interests.

There is yet another source of “donations” to incumbents that is less well-known.  In the not too distant past in Butler County it was common for the holders of elective office to require as a condition of employment that their subordinates register in their political party and work the streets when election time came distributing literature and actively campaigning to get their boss re-elected.   This even went so far as to have office holders subtly require that their employees  make contributions to their boss’ election campaign.  There was a not too subtle suggestion that promotions or continued employment depended on the size of the contribution.

If you have the opportunity to ask anyone who was in the employment of Butler County 20 years ago and you will easily confirm this.

The system existed because the non-union county employees are “employees at will.”  That is to say, they can be let go without any explanation, union workers have used this practice to advance their cause for years, and is yet another by-product of crony capitalism.  This is the cause of most government employees nationally who are unionized.  Unfortunately instead of the situation in Butler Country where such the trend was to push for employees to become Republican, union employees are pushed into voting for Democrats.  Both use collectivism to advance a political cause, and are wrong in their approach.   There is no civil service system on the county level as there is in the Federal Government where government employees have a myriad of rules protecting them and preventing them from being discharged at the whim of the elected official.  This Federal system is the result of laws enacted after President Garfield was assassinated by a disgruntled office seeker.

The question comes as to whether or not this practice still exists.  Imagine if you would the case of a county commissioner.  The commissioners have no direct employees, but they do control the budgets of every department in the county.  The good will of a commissioner can ensure that your budget is not “trimmed” as much as might be otherwise appropriate when it comes time to tighten the belt.   County commissioners also approve a wide variety of land use rezoning.  They wield, as a result, a great deal of influence that can be turned to the purpose raising those pesky donations that are so necessary to run for office.

This said, might one not wonder why, during October 2013, when the Butler County Commissioners are approving the budgets for the various departments of county government by Commissioner. Cindy Carpenter held a political fund-raiser on October 17th and from the guest list shown on the enclosed picture, the objective is easy to determine.  Each Monday from October 7th, through the 21st, the commissioners held public hearings to review and approve the budgets of the various county departments.  See how it works; donate money to Carpenter’s campaign and hope that the doors of government are opened to the financial donors.  Businessmen after all don’t provide contributions out of the goodness of their heart, but as an investment.  Under a political system of crony capitalism, they really have no choice, if they want to be in business, or stay in business; they have to pay to play ball.

Commissioner Carpenter was Clerk of Courts prior to becoming a Butler County commissioner.  Between 2006 and 2008 she raised a total of $5,215 from various county employees.  The Clerk of Court’s office employed 67 individuals and received contributions from 81 county employees, elected county officials, and the family members of county employees.  These contributions ran from $5 to $1,000 and were even given by Sheriff Jones.

In 2010, the year that Commissioner Carpenter ran for the office of county commissioner, she raised $12,535 from 79 county employees, elected county officials, and the family members of county employees.  But the size of the donations ranged from $10 to $5,785, the latter again being from the Sheriff.    County Prosecutors donated $550.  The County Engineer donated $250. The Treasurer donated $200.  The Auditor donated $120, but strangely, the Recorder donated nothing.

Now, let us look at the list of people on the 2013 fund-raiser.  We again have Sheriff Jones.  Suddenly, we have the Recorder, Danny Crank, appearing on the list of the “host committee,” which translates as big donors.

The Sheriff’s interests are obvious.  His budget consumes over half of the general fund so it’s easy to see why Jones would be interested in assuring the goodwill of a commissioner; someone who will always vote to support his budget?  In 2011 during the Issue 2 campaign Sheriff Jones worked with Bill Cunningham of 700 WLW to defeat the collective bargaining reform bill enacted by John Kasich.  Jones bragged at the time about what a good job he had done securing his funding and managing his budget under the current collective bargaining restrictions.  What didn’t get talked about was that he had managed to stack the commissioner deck in his favor to help secure his funding and avoid the kind of budget shortfalls that most elected officials suffer through, who don’t have politics so firmly rooted in his corner.  Would Jones have the ability to manage his collective bargaining agreements if he didn’t have commissioners like Cindy Carpenter working so closely as an alley——–we’ll never know, because the relationship is common in Butler County politics and is as stable as sunshine in the desert.

As for Mr. Crank, one might suspect that he’s making up for lost time and has figured out that maybe he’d better catch up with the other elected officials in the donation category in order to protect his office from political pressure from the inside pushing him out.  Again, we’ll never know if the influence is corrosive or not because it is ever-present.  Only a complete acceptance of laissez-faire capitalism would end the practice described and the massive amount of money generated through taxes and distributed for the benefit of political contributors in the current crony capitalism system shown in Butler County and its politicians.

Then there is of course from the invite list Ms. Bea Lyons.  Her husband is a judge, whose budget is approved by the commissioners.  Tara D’Epfanio is also a county employee.  Joe Mulligan is a member of the Middletown City Council.  Any possibility that the county might make decisions that would be helpful or harmful to the city of Middletown?  And look at all the other township trustees on the list, why are they there?    Then there are the business men who either own or work for people who own large tracts of land and have major interests that are constantly before the county commissioners: Schwartz, Terry, Todd, and Wunnenberg, three of those four I know personally, and like.  I know why they are there, and so do they.  They aren’t looking for pictures of Cindy Carpenter to put on their desks.  They need to protect their investments from the looting tendencies of government, or advance their businesses using government to eliminate their competition.

The only people on this list who do not have financial interests, whose budgets are not controlled by the commissioners, or who are not family members are the other two commissioners: Dixon and Rogers.

There is no question what’s going on, everyone knows it.  And as I said at the start of this article, I’d rather deal with crony capitalism than socialism, so I like most of the people mentioned.  They are not bastions of rebellious conservatives the way I’d like to see the Republican Party.  They are not bad people, but are all caught in a bad system that began with the introduction of government into the affairs of business, and the destructive tendency of collectivism to introduce itself in both political parties.  I support candidates who refuse collectivism, who are independently wealthy, wise, or otherwise proven, and have no desire to live in a public office.  Those who make politics their business for more than a term or two, or an office or two, climbing their way up the ranks kissing anyone’s ass they can kiss to get them someplace powerful are people I want nothing to do with, and I don’t want my tax money feeding them anything.

John Boehner was built by the same system that supports Cindy Carpenter, and it is also why there is next to no chance of removing him from power.   In Washington Boehner has become very wealthy through the kinds of crony capitalism that is obvious at the Carpenter fundraiser.  Boehner is not the nastiest culprit in Washington, Mitch McConnell is quite a bit worse, but he has had to make enough deals that it compromises his moral authority.  After Boehner has compromised himself with dealings in order to generate money for his “war chest,” he has lost the ability to have firm political convictions which represent the people who elected him, and the republic of America is weaker because of it.  He is in the same position as Cindy Carpenter is in. What if Cindy told Sheriff Jones that she was supporting cuts in his budget that he disagreed with?  Where would the money for her “war chest” go?  The answer is that she would lose her office, and she would lose her influence, and ability to sit down with the real power of Butler County, the capitalists.

The best choice for future candidates is to vote for people who don’t need the money, and don’t want to do a public service job for their entire lives.  If voters continue to vote in favor of career politicians, they will get the same results and attract the kind of people who are terrified of actually performing in a capitalist system and fall in love with a name plate of power which sits on their desk given to them by donors who expect favors for their investment.  Those types of politicians then become the types who believe that society serves them, and that it is the duty of an electorate to provide babysitting services while they scream like tyrants at their subjects with the audacity of a Roman Emperor.  They believe such things because crony capitalism gives them false power by making the strong, the creative, and the intellectually superior beg like dogs at the feet of weaklings who get themselves elected to office by promises they can sell to the highest bidder.

Rich Hoffman Supports A School Levy: No……………………guess again

Obviously William Schmidt is baiting me to comment on the school levy situation in Springboro where I have praised the efforts of Kelly Khols, even though her board is putting up a renewal levy.  Schmidt and I have frequent banters back and forth and occasionally I use his arguments upon these pages as platforms for discussion.  He represents the normal pro education viewpoint and brings things to my attention that keep me plugged in to how “those people” see the world.  I am against Springboro’s renewal levy.  In fact, I support a complete disassembly of the public education system as we know it to be rebuilt as a competitive undertaking.  Public education is like the Harlem Globetrotters, they look good as long as they play the Washington Generals, but let them play in the NBA against the Heat, or the Lakers—who does anybody think would win?  The NBA is a competitive driven business where teams are forced to get better through competition.  The Harlem Globetrotters is a circus act of trick shots and nonsense.  That is why public education resembles the Harlem Globetrotters and not the Miami Heat.  I want to see education methods that make schools like the Heat and less like the Globetrotters so I do not support throwing money at schools through taxation.  However, my friends at No Lakota Levy who have much milder thoughts about public education than I do like the trend in Springboro of leaving a decreasing taxation footprint on the community over the coming years.  I used an add prepared by No Lakota Levy reflecting that sentiment on a recent posting which drove Schmidt to make the conclusions cited below.  CLICK TO REVIEW THAT ADD.

Once again in a Rich Hoffman blog I see a reference praising the Springboro schools.

I salute (and envy!) Springboro, which is reducing the tax burden on its citizens. The renewal levy on Springboro’s November ballot will be set at a lower mileage rate to reduce taxes from that levy by nearly 15 percent. This is $1,353,800 per year, and $6,769,000 over 5 years. Congratulations on a job well done!

Although Rich didn’t seem to write the above himself, his praise of the actions of the Springboro Board in the past would certainly make it seem that he is in support of their actions and the reference above.  Isn’t this the real news of the day– that Rich Hoffman is supporting a school levy.

It is also news that no one — not Rich Hoffman, not NoLakotaLevy, not Daryl Parks, not the so-called transparent Springboro School Board is telling the public what the tax reduction would be if they vote down this renewal levy in Springboro.

This tells me that politics is the motive.  We all know that Kelly Kohls, Jim Rigano, David Petroni will look like failures if their levy fails because the school could not “live within their means” if the public says no to the renewal levy.  They won’t tell the public what their tax reduction will be if they vote down the renewal levy.

What Hoffman, Parks, NoLakota, Springboro Board all ignore is that the success of their schools all hinges on the extra efforts the teachers give beyond the letters of their contracts.  We are talking about hours and hours each week.  No casino money, state auditor money, shopping center money provides for that.  The people above want to flat out reduce the cost of labor.  That is their only goal.  They hope that the teachers will continue to work just as hard as their salaries are being held down — in fact they demand that.

But it is ironic that Hoffman, Parks, NoLakota, and Springboro base their hopes on the passage of a school levy.  They should, instead praise the selfless efforts of their teachers who continue to work extremely hard as their communities continue to vote down levies and take the staff’s efforts for granted.

Still, let’s not bury the lead story here.  It is quite newsworthy when Rich Hoffman supports a school levy.

William Schmidt

Well, I’ll make it clear since William has drawn a false conclusion, that I am not with Kelly on the renewl levy in Springboro.  Many people in West Chester and Liberty Township wanted me to run for school board at Lakota and I promptly instructed them that I had no desire to see that system remain intact.  I could not be elected to a school board position to do to it what Obama is attempting to do to America, and that is disassemble it from the inside.  I just don’t operate that way, and that would be my only intention for getting involved, dismantlement.  Relatively speaking, Kelly has done a good job in Springboro, but it’s not what I’d like to see.  Kelly’s renewal levy does not introduce competition to public education allowing those measures to come about.  The system Kelly is currently advocating is still a system that steals from tax payers to basically pay for the Harlem Globetrotters to perform circus acts with our children—raising them to become clowns.

When I share personal moments of my life with readers here, I do it to show how I think things should be done. I am of the thinking that children are wonderful before they get to age ten, but after that, most children learn to “mature” and lose their ability to quickly learn, adapt, and overcome obstacles.  I have been enjoying recently the Fox Television show Master Chef Junior and have been amazed at the level of food preparation that those children have displayed at such a very tender age.  Some of the work they are doing is truly remarkable, and a lesson to everything that is wrong with public education.  Kids are taught to be stupid in public education; they are taught social restriction, pecking order politics, and how to confine their imaginations to the limits of a socialist teacher instead of their limitless intellectual capacities.

My daughter was watching me read an Incredible Hulk comic book to her son the other day and I could see the pain on her face.  I raised her and her sister the same way as I am doing with my grandson, which I share with my reader here in the clip below.  I know my grandson cannot understand the words I’m reading to him, so I teach him intuitively in a visual way the foundation concepts he will need to be able to apply to reading later.  I use comic books to read to him because it is a visual form of learning, plus the characters are engaged in story lines that define right and wrong—which I can use to help the young fellow set his own internal parameters.  That I am doing such a thing should be extremely obvious to the casual viewer.

And that is how I raised my daughters, mentored many other young people over the years, and will continue to do so.  It is how students learn.  My wife thought the moment was cute, so she recorded part of it.  Modern public education does not do the things I was doing in the video, they do not make value assessments between right and wrong—bad behavior or good.  They do not seek to open the mind, but to close it—so not to question the nature of their teachings.  My grandson is only just a bit above one year old in that video and he knows intuitively what’s going on.  He has no point of reference to judge against, but make no mistake, when he’s twenty to thirty years old he will find himself reflecting back onto my intonations of emphasis when referring to the topless woman on the comic pages, the heroics of Hulk, the shadiness of the villain and how it could be determined by his eyes, and the resilience of heroics.   My daughter was sad because she is literally alone among her age group where her peers do not share her hopes, and illuminating outlook on life.  I couldn’t be there for all her friends, and the people who have come into her life when they were the age of her son, and it makes her sad to see the context.  Her sadness is in realizing that very few people do these kinds of things with young people any more—which used to be common.  Our society trains commercially our entire civilization to be 18 to 25 years old, then everything is downhill from there.  We ignore the magic of youth, and the wisdom of age in favor of the sexual throttling of hormone driven sentient beings.  And public education has sought to perpetuate this destructive trend by putting shackles on the mind of the youth instead of wings.  Instead of showing a commitment to creating young people like those shown in the Master Chef Junior television show, public education produces the half-dead sloths seen in Farris Bueller’s Day Off and it makes me absolutely sick.

So while I do like to see Springboro schools running their tax burden on their community backwards, it is not enough for me.  It’s enough for No Lakota Levy who has evolved into a fiscally conscious organization instead of a politically active one—which is my interest, but until Springboro, Lakota, Fairfield, Mason, Lebanon and all other schools are off the federal payroll, and curriculum is driven by actual market forces, I am not interested in a single thing the public schools are doing.  I don’t want to see children growing up to be the Washington Generals, but Labron James and Michael Jordon.  I want every kid to aspire to be Chuck Yeager, Walt Disney, Stan Lee, Steven Spielberg, Bruce Lee, Gordon Ramnsey, Ayn Rand, Bill Gates, and any other great person.  And people don’t become great learning to stand in line and take orders.  They become great because their minds were allowed to be.  In almost every case, great people have supportive parents and a family structure that allows minds to bloom.  Almost never is it a school that inspires a child to greatness—it is nearly exclusive to a strong parent, grandparent, or both who intervened in the mind of a young person from being destroyed by public education.

When Schmidt says that the success of schools all hinge on the extra efforts the teachers give beyond the letters of their contracts he is lost to the ways of instruction and how young minds process data.  Public schools teach kids to become stupid as they start out quite brilliantly.  Public education is all about putting out the lights of a child’s mind and I think it is preposterously outrageous to fund that destruction with taxation.  So to be clear, I do not agree with Kelly Kohls and the Springboro school board’s renewal levy.  I think the parents should pay for their own kids to attend their educations.  I should not have to help pay with state tax money, or local tax money off my property the further destruction of children just so parents can have a baby sitter to watch their children during the work day.  As a parent, and now as a grandparent, I do take the extra time to mentor children and I know why it’s important, and how much energy it takes, and it’s not something that can be purchased from the government.

All public education is capable of producing is the Washington Generals.  Anything of real greatness comes from some other element outside of a school.  It does not come alone from a teacher, or their efforts toward students as suggested by Schmidt.  Without a solid foundation even the best teachers will fail, because the mind of a child is often ruined during the first years of a child’s life.  The final act of destruction begins the first day of kindergarten and only gets worse from there.  Things are this way because the human race has incorrectly allowed it, by placing the focus of prime age and value on the wrong age bracket.

The “Indecent Proposal” of Communist Plank #17: Get control of public education — 1958

There is 100% without any doubt what-so-ever that communism infiltrated American public schools for most of the 20th Century, making an extraordinary push in the 60s and 70s.  Once The Department of Education was formed in 1979 it was already too late, but even still it was reported that even under the Reagan White House, a communist plot was being hatched to teach communism to American students.  The reports crossed President Reagan’s desk—so he knew about it.  CLICK HERE FOR PROOF.  At the start of his presidency Reagan vowed to put an end to Jimmy Carter’s Department of Education, but never gained the political clout to do so.  After the assassination attempt on Reagan and his massive tax cuts to get the economy started again, he had gambled all his political capital at the time, leaving The Department of Education to become further entrenched.  He was at the time at war with Russia and communism was the declared enemy as it was the cause of the Vietnam conflict, the near tragedy in Cuba, countless insurgents in Central America and of course the space race with Russia.  The hatred for communism is what advanced NASA into formation and put man on the moon as a declaration of capitalism.  So Reagan surely wasn’t surprised by the reports that crossed his desk announcing open communism was the aim of American schools organized under the department of education.  This brings us to the latest and one of the most devastating of the 45 Planks of Communism from the 1958 book The Naked Communist, which is being covered here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom plank by plank.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW ALL 45 OF THEM.  #17 is probably the most dangerous plank of them all—and one that is most obvious today.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

Be sure to watch the videos on this site as supplemental material to this text from top to bottom, it tells a story.  It is very important.  I have the very unique position of growing up during a time when all this was happening, coupled with an unusually clear photographic memory extending back to age two. I can still remember smells, facial expressions, sentence construction, etc., of events from my first couple years of grade school even with the logic filters turned on that comes with age.  Without knowing what communism was, I determined as far back as the first grade that the entire system was wrong and that it should be rejected.  My teachers in grades kindergarten, first grade, second grade and third grade all had conferences with my mother trying to put pressure on me to conform to classroom politics, which I simply refused, instinctively.  I didn’t know why, only that I should.  I was paddled, given detentions, grounded, isolated and pulled in every direction imaginable, but I never yielded not even an ounce—and I am very, very proud of that fact today.  The year I was in the second grade it was the bicentennial year of 1976 and our teachers allowed all the students to celebrate by dressing up as Revolutionary War heroes, as The Department of Education had not yet been created which would eventually aim to put an end to such patriotic endeavors.  Our second grade teacher took us to the little school-house on Princeton Road, the old single classroom building Hughes which was being restored at the time to study up on the Declaration of Independence and American Constitution.  I remember thinking then that the formation of public schools was wrong in the methods they were using to teach.  But I didn’t question it too much as I was watching Little House on the Prairie during Monday evenings with my mother and saw the schools in America had pretty much always been the same way, top down collectivism that was strictly contingent upon the quality of the teacher.  If the teacher was a bad one, the entire class would suffer.  On the rare times that the teacher was exceptional, a small percentage of the children in the class might find something unlocked within them and become better.  They entire system seemed inefficient and wrong to me.

To understand why communists wanted to exploit the weakness of the American public education system which I identified in the 2nd grade, one needs to understand the way the male mind sometimes uses sex as a weapon.  The KGB in Russia was undoubtedly shaped by the male mind, so such phallic comparisons are appropriate once you get down to the discussion of psychological motives.  Communists wanted to destroy capitalism, and they wanted to erode away American value from the inside out.  If there was any doubt of this read the book by Ayn Rand called We The Living, which I will come back to,  describes how the U.S.S.R was forced to think, and lays the groundwork for KGB infiltration into America forming The Department of Education, domination over the teaching unions, and molding a new generation of administrators through the university system.  The entire complex ordeal can be understood through the motives of sex.

The #1 reason a man wishes to sleep with his best friend’s wife, or the reason a man might be hired, or otherwise coerced to seduce the wife of a rival is so that the value of the love the man shares with his wife will be weakened—hopefully weakening the man—(the husband).  When one man sleeps with another man’s claim on a bed partner, he displays power over the man who made the commitment.  When the husband learns about the penetration of his sacred love nest by another man’s phallic presence, that woman will become tainted to him—likely forever.  The love union between the husband and wife will become forever weakened and any products of that marriage will began to erode away.  The process doesn’t happen quickly, but over time, often taking many years.  The only defense the husband has is if he is aware of the nature of the attack and can find a way to deal with it.  This is the nature of nearly all the fantasies that are carried out all too often when men seduce the bed partners of their rivals, and this includes rivals within the family, brothers, sisters, step parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.  The act of sex in these cases is similar to the ancient belief that in cannibalism, if the heart of an enemy was eaten, then some of the power of that enemy would transfer over to the attacker and he’d become more powerful.  Modern men, if they wish to diminish other men, attempt to do so through the women those men love, and if successful, can crush the rival directly and indirectly.

The KGB wished to taint the American education system in the same way that one man wishes to sleep with a rival’s wife.  Using communism to infiltrate the ideals taught to the next generation of children it would plant the seeds of discontent in the mind of the participants.  The same way a woman who has been seduced by another man, her husband’s rival might find herself beginning to question the power, intelligence, and potency of her husband after allowing herself to open up to another man, the unarmed young American student once invoked with communism will forever question the merits of capitalism.

From the fifth, through the tenth grade I found myself perplexed by the term “Let’s Party” which was so incredibly popular in public school, as almost every kid I knew used the term.  For reasons I couldn’t put my finger on at the time, I avoided such terms because they seemed contrived—foreign, and I wanted nothing to do with them.  I certainly would not have guessed that the American enemy at the time, Russia had originated the term.  After all I was at the opening night of Rocky IV and it was all about the capitalism of Rocky fighting the mechanical nature of communism in the boxing ring.  At the movie theater seemingly my entire school had shown up, the theater was one of the really big ones at Showcase Cinemas, and it was packed.  My date was a highly sought after young woman a few years older than me who was dating a Bengal player and was the next door neighbor to one of my best friends—and male rivals.  I knew exactly what I was doing by taking her on a date to see Rocky IV.  The Bengal player got over it but my friend never did.  During the Rocky movie, communism was defined as the villain.  It was clear, but all the kids I grew up with missed the real villain.  Nearly all of them after the movie concluded declared one place or another as the destination for their term, “Let’s Party,” which is what they did.  They gathered in groups of eight or more became increasingly intoxicated—non thinking, loose sexually, and displayed their vulnerabilities to each other openly.  I of course avoided those kinds of entanglements and took my date elsewhere.  But the entire evening I kept hearing the term “Let’s Party” and found myself disheveled by the phrase for reasons that were purely instinctual.

“Let’s Party” was a term used in Ayn Rand’s We The Living  when members of the communist party youth movement would use social gatherings to meld themselves together through collective embarrassment.  The purpose of these “Parties” was to defame sacred beliefs, deflower young women, and lower the expectations of young men, so that everyone would view everyone else as equal to one another.  The term, “Let’s Party” 60 years later was floating around my classrooms and coming from the mouths of young Lakota students on a regular bases—but how, and why.  Now thirty years later, the term “Let’s Party” is universally understood, and accepted.  Everyone seems to know what it means when perfect strangers utter it.  My rhetorical response has always been of sarcasm when someone asks me to perform the task.  I would say—“what are we celebrating.”  That of course always draws blank stares as they do not know what to say next—because the phrase was not created as a thinking mechanism but as a non-thinking activity.  If the term does not conger up drunkenness, sexual misconduct, weakness, and other primal human desires, then the aim is mysteriously vacant from the minds of man—because most people let others do their thinking for them—which is how the KGB infiltrated American schools politically through the front door and right under President Reagan’s nose.  The KGB knew that Reagan was a very good communicator and that in the short run, he would bring down communism in Russia by crushing them economically.  But the KGB had another plan, if they couldn’t beat capitalism directly, then they’d undermine it the same way a man seduces a woman to get into the head of a rival.  The scouting report on Reagan was that he wasn’t very good with the details, so they struck at his weakness, using the newly created Department of Education to bring communism directly into The United States.  The KGB seduced American education, planted deep seeds of doubt, discontent, and phallic presence, and let the slow destruction begin.   CLICK HERE FOR PROOF.

There is no hesitation on my part in declaring that Communist Plank #17 has been fully implemented, and it goes unsaid the same way a couple avoids discussing their sexual mistakes of the past, or lovers that they had shared a bed with outside of their relationship.  Communism has tainted our education system deliberately and the shame of it keeps everyone from talking about it.  So much time has passed that teachers of Common Core, Race to the Top, and virtually every curriculum in The United States find themselves preaching soft communism, or open socialism to American children thinking that they are teaching “American” ideals.  But they’re not.  They are teaching communism disguised with seductive terminology such as “social justice,” “fairness,” “equality,” and other communist expressions decorated under the flag of Democratic politics, supported by a progressive label.  I know it’s true because I personally watched it happen step by step and had the unique aptitude to chronicle it from a very young age and never become seduced by it.  This has allowed me to name the villain because shame does not keep it off my tongue.

I wasn’t sure how serious the situation truly was regarding communism being taught in public schools until I read We The Living.  Before that book I was searching for answers and everything came back insufficient to explain the problems I was observing.  But after We The Living, I realized that what the communists of the 20th Century had performed was a global infiltration of the philosophy of Karl Marx and put it into the minds of nearly every student using stolen tax money to commit the crime.  The situation is actually much worse than I thought; it is a thing of nightmares.  Communism in public education is not a conspiracy, it is a fact.  The evidence is clear and it puts every child taught under that system in danger.  When I spoke about the Rocky movie of my youth, it is true that most of those partiers went on to live somewhat normal lives, raise families, maintain jobs, and own property becoming good American citizens—at least compared to other people on planet earth.  But I can declare that the theater at the time in the old Showcase Cinema had well over 300 people in it on that night and of all those including my date, maybe only one or two have lived fruitful lives into their 40s and 50s without massive amounts of destruction brought upon them because of their acceptance of social collectivism.  Most of their high blood pressure medicine, their need for Viagra, and the many failures they stare at in the mirror every morning can be traced back to their teenage years and their utterance of the term, “Let’s Party,” which was given to them by 1926 Petrograd, the communist export of the newly formed U.S.S.R.  And the kids of today are much, much, much worse off.

Just asking your children dear reader what they learned in school today, and you will see the aims of communism coming out in their report.  Forget the modern names given, study the content, and you will see the truth.  Think of the wolf in sheep’s clothing.  The disguise is meant to deceive, and communists have performed such a deception hiding behind the term, progressive.

Communist Plank #16: The roots of NAMBLA in American society

To prove that America has long been infiltrated with communism as stated in the 1958 book The Naked Communist I am covering each of the 45 Planks of Communism cited there to provide the proof.  CLICK HERE TO READ THE LATEST INSTALLMENT.  When it is understood to what extent communism has been quietly placed into our culture during a very delicate time in American history, it can then be understood what is happening to the world in the modern age.  So let us explore the meaning of Plank # 16 shown below.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

Over the last 30 years American society has been under siege mysteriously by a rash of court cases driven by money grabbing lawyers hungry to charge $300-$500 per hour to their clients.  The lawyers learned their tactics during their law degrees by professors already trained in the ways of communism—only under different names.  Any doctrine that embraces collectivism over individuality has its roots in communist propaganda planted generations before even the law professors received their educations, so the concepts of communism were taught without naming the name allowing entire generations of young lawyers to advance communism thought thinking they were actually fighting for civil liberties.  This has resulted in court cases removing the Ten Commandments from public places, allowed defiling art to attack symbols of American heritage, and created many millions of pages of case-law in civil rights litigation that have shaped our society to such a radical position that children are presently suspended from school just for making the shape of a gun with their hands.  The meaning behind such measures is fear from law suits leaving public schools to over-react from fear of parasitic lawyers that might bring lawsuits should a school shooting erupt.  The communist intention of the law to begin with was to attack the concept of the Second Amendment so that children would grow up in a world not accepting the use of personal firearms.  The school was not devious in suspending the students for pretending to shoot other students in normal games of “cops and robbers” they were simply protecting themselves from the potential of future lawsuits.  But it was lawyers who created the case-law which provoked such a fear in the first place and the roots of that desire came from Communist Plank #16.

To prove the validity of the claim made by the book The Naked Communist one only need to look at the ability of the organization known as NAMBLA to rise to prominence and use the American courts through the ACLU.  NAMBLA is openly wrong, and unquestionably evil, yet it is advanced and defended publically as a way to attack the First Amendment by pretending to defend it.  NAMBLA is a byproduct of the International Lesbian and Gay Association which is supported by The United Nations and is protected by politicians like Hillary Clinton.  Working together, these organizations have openly attacked American tradition by seeking to twist The Bill of Rights legally to invoke public hatred for those same Rights.  This was the intention of communist infiltration of the legal system specifically targeting civil rights.

The North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) is a pedophile and pederasty advocacy organization in the United States that works to abolish age of consent laws criminalizing adult sexual involvement with minors,[1][2] and for the release of all men who have been jailed for sexual contacts with minors that did not involve coercion.[1][3] Some reports state that the group no longer has regular national meetings, and that as of the late 1990s, to avoid local police infiltration, the organization discouraged the formation of local chapters.[3][4] Around 1995, an undercover detective discovered that there were 1,100 people on the rolls.[3] As of 2005, a newspaper report stated that NAMBLA was based in New York and San Francisco.[3]

In 1993, the International Lesbian and Gay Association achieved United Nations consultative status. NAMBLA’s membership in ILGA drew heavy criticism and caused the suspension of ILGA. Many gay organizations called for the ILGA to dissolve ties with NAMBLA. Republican Senator Jesse Helms proposed a bill to withhold $119 million in UN contributions until U.S. President Bill Clinton could certify that “no UN agency grants any official status, accreditation, or recognition to any organization which promotes, condones, or seeks the legalization of pedophilia, that is, the sexual abuse of children”. The bill was unanimously approved by Congress and signed into law by Clinton in April 1994.

IN 1994, ILGA expelled NAMBLA and two other groups (MARTIJN and Project Truth) because they were judged to be “groups whose predominant aim is to support or promote pedophilia.” Although ILGA removed NAMBLA, the UN reversed its decision to grant ILGA special consultative status. Repeated attempts by ILGA to reacquire special status with the UN were eventually successful in 2006.[23]

Gregory King of the Human Rights Campaign later said that “NAMBLA is not a gay organization … They are not part of our community and we thoroughly reject their efforts to insinuate that pedophilia is an issue related to gay and lesbian civil rights.”[24] NAMBLA responded by claiming that “man/boy love is by definition homosexual,” that “man/boy lovers are part of the gay movement and central to gay history and culture,” and that “homosexuals denying that it is ‘not gay’ to be attracted to adolescent boys are just as ludicrous as heterosexuals saying it’s ‘not heterosexual’ to be attracted to adolescent girls.”[24]

In 2000, a Boston couple, Robert and Barbara Curley, sued NAMBLA for the wrongful death of their son. According to the plaintiffs, Charles Jaynes and Salvatore Sicari, who were convicted of murdering the Curleys’ son Jeffrey, “stalked … tortured, murdered and mutilated [his] body on or about October 1, 1997. Upon information and belief immediately prior to said acts Charles Jaynes accessed NAMBLA’s website at the Boston Public Library.”[8] The lawsuit further alleged that “NAMBLA serves as a conduit for an underground network of pedophiles in the United States who use their NAMBLA association and contacts therein and the Internet to obtain and promote pedophile activity.”[8] Jaynes wrote in his diary, “This was a turning point in discovery of myself…. NAMBLA’s Bulletin helped me to become aware of my own sexuality and acceptance of it [...].”[25]

Citing cases in which NAMBLA members have been convicted of sexual offenses against children, Larry Frisoli, the attorney representing the Curleys, argued that it is a “training ground” for adults who wish to seduce children, in which men exchange strategies on how to find and groom child sex partners. Frisoli also claimed that NAMBLA has sold at its website what he called “The Rape and Escape Manual” that detailed how to avoid being caught and prosecuted.[26] The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) stepped in to defend NAMBLA as a free speech matter and won a dismissal based on the fact that NAMBLA is organized as an unincorporated association, not a corporation. John Reinstein, the director of the ACLU Massachusetts, said that although NAMBLA “may extol conduct which is currently illegal”, there was nothing on its website that “advocated or incited the commission of any illegal acts, including murder or rape”.[27]

The Curleys continued the suit as a wrongful death action against individual NAMBLA members, some of whom were active in the group’s leadership. The targets of the wrongful death suits included David Thorstad, a co-founder of NAMBLA. The Curleys alleged that Jaynes and Sicari, who were convicted of the rape and murder of their son, were members.[citation needed] The lawsuit was dropped in April 2008 after a judge ruled that a key witness was not competent to testify.[28]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_Man/Boy_Love_Association

As a result of the existence of NAMBLA which started in 1978 there are countless rapists, pedophiles, and sexual deviants that have been allowed to openly express themselves which directly attacks the moral aptitude of America.  Communists knew that if the American people could no longer differentiate between right and wrong they would lose their way and fall to the collectivism of communism by default seeking safety in numbers.  The attack against American civil liberties through the mask of defense was to frighten, outrage, and move patriotic sentiment away from The Constitution, and toward social collectivism opening the psychological door to communism.

In this way lawyers have been used to destroy the American family through easy divorce legislation, cases where schools can infringe upon family through inference, and children are not even allowed to make certain shapes with their hands so to quell the sentiments of the collective society.  Individuality has been attacked for the “greater good,” and the cases that paved the way were those centering around NAMBLA—which were so extreme that once accepted, case-law allowed the book of interpretation to be opened widely so that right and wrong behavior were no longer applicable.

This has always been the intention of Communist Plank #16, and the result is all around American society today.  It is the cause as to why most people simply shake their head in bewilderment when they hear the latest atrocities on the nightly news and seek collective activities of association to protect their fragile minds from further imposition.  The intention of global communists during the 40s and 50s were to bring to the next century in America a nation that had no moral ground to stand upon allowing communism to penetrate the borders of capitalism and destroy it forever.  Capitalism is an economic system where the morally good tends to succeed over the bad, so judgments of value must be removed before communism can be accepted by mass society.  The intention of Plank #16 was to achieve this eradication of value so that communist driven economies could flourish in the open with no other options of acceptance available and the path to that behavior has been paved through the open attack of value through American civil liberties by organizations like NAMBLA.

As many of you know, I was born and raised in the UK. I have seen the NHS (National Health Service) indeed I was born in one of these glorious socialist hospitals.

As many of you also know, I absolutely and emphatically deplore anything socialist, including said healthcare system. As Ringo star once said 'Everything the government touches turns to crap' and this can be said of the healthcare system in Britain.
