Don’t splurge. Sit on what you have. The real important possessions are held in those you are closest to. It’s not in the material things you’d like to have. Those possessions won’t comfort you when you’re down, they won’t hug you when you need love and they won’t celebrate with you when you rise above the struggles. Focus on the quality of time together. Today even Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson got into the excitement on Twitter. At 12:12 he sent a tweet:
@neiltyson If you happen to enjoy the uniqueness of 12h 12m 12s 12/12/12, then don’t forget 12h 12m 13s 12/12/12. It’s just as rare.
He timed his tweet pretty well too. It was sent at 12h:12m:13s on 12/12/12. Truth be told, I started writing this post at 12:12, and thus the publish date/time looks pretty good too.

Something To Remember About Compassion
It’s Hard…Asking For Help
It’s hard to be positive when you’re faced with such negativity.
It’s hard to smile with joy, when anger is sent your way.
It’s hard to stand up to challenge, when so many kick you while you’re down.
It’s hard to shelter those around you, when you’re at the bottom asking for help to get up.
