KOTLC Fandom Day (psst--there's a giveaway)
Hey guys!
Just wanted to give a quick heads up to let you know about something fun happening on Instagram today.
Some of the awesome KEEPER fans over there declared today KOTLC Fandom Day and are encouraging everyone to write their team name on their hand and post a pic. And I thought--wow, what a fun idea. (also I HAVE THE BEST FANS EVER). So I decided to sweeten the deal and add a giveaway.
You can only enter on Instagram (sorry if you're not on that platform--that's where the fun started, so I had to keep it there because I'll be drawing the winners from the hashtag). But you can definitely enter through a parents' account (or sibling or friend) if you don't have your own.
Here's a handy graphic I posted so you know how this works:
And here's the rules I posted with it:
So if you're on Instagram, head over there for all the fun. And if you're not, never fear, I'll have other giveaways over the next few months.
Happy KOTLC Fandom Day everyone! (Have I mentioned my fans are THE BEST???)
TEAM KEEPER GROUP HUG!

WOO--as declared by @lostkeeper, today is KOTLC Day!! So I thought I'd reward anyone who participates with a GIVEAWAY.
Up for grabs are 3 doodled on hardcovers of KEEPER book 1, which will go to 3 random winners.
To enter:
Write your Team Name on your hand (can be any team you want, so long as it has to do with the KEEPER series)
Post a pic of your doodled-on hand on Instagram by 11:59pm ET on 2/12/15--and MAKE SURE you use the hashtag: #KOTLCFANDOMDAY
The three winners will be tagged on THIS PHOTO to let them know they've won.
As for questions you probably have: Only one entry per person. You can only enter on Instagram. Contest is only for today (2/12/15). International entries welcome.
So if you're on Instagram, head over there for all the fun. And if you're not, never fear, I'll have other giveaways over the next few months.

MMGM Links (2/9/15)
STILL in the deadline cave--starting to think it's neverending. But here's your MMGM links:
If you would like to join in the MMGM fun, all you have to do is blog about a middle grade book you love (contests, author interviews and whatnot also count--but are most definitely not required) and email me the title of the book you're featuring and a link to your blog at SWMessenger (at) hotmail (dot) com. (Make sure you put MMGM or Marvelous Middle Grade Monday in the subject line so it gets sorted accurately) You MUST email me your link by Sunday evening in order to be included in the list of links. (usually before 11pm PST is safe--but if I'm traveling it can vary. When in doubt, send early!)
If you miss the cutoff, you are welcome to add your link in the comments on this post so people can find you, but I will not have time to update the post. Same goes for typos/errors on my part. I do my best to build the links correctly, but sometimes deadline-brain gets the best of me, and I'm sorry if it does. For those wondering why I don't use a Linky-widget instead, it's a simple matter of internet safety. The only way I can ensure that all the links lead to safe, appropriate places for someone of any age is if I build them myself. It's not a perfect system, but it allows me to keep better control.
Thank you so much for being a part of this awesome meme, and spreading the middle grade love!
*Please note: these posts are not a reflection of my own opinions on the books featured. Each blogger is responsible for their own MMGM content and I do not pre-screen reviews ahead of time, nor do I control what books they choose. I simply assemble the list based on the links that are emailed to me.

MMGM Links (2/2/15)
Before I get to the MMGM links, a couple quick updates, since last week had some exciting stuff happen!
If you missed it, the cover for NEVERSEEN has been revealed. Go HERE to see the gorgeousness.
Also, for those who've been dying to know when Let the Sky Fall #3 is going to come out, my Editor answered your question (albeit slightly vaguely) with this tweet:
(And yeah, I know that's a year later than you were probably hoping for--SORRY. I'm a wee bit behind on deadlines. But it's still happening. And I promise I'll use that extra time to make it as awesome as possible.)
And that's it. Just lots of writing writing writing (yes, I AM still in the deadline cave--sigh). So here's your MMGM links:

The NEVERSEEN Cover is....well....SEEN!
I know you're going to scroll right past this to get to the gorgeousness--and I can't say I blame you
(In fact, I'm always tempted to put a big spoiler in the text before the cover reveal since no one ever reads it--but I shall refrain!).
So here you go--without further ado. The cover you've been begging me to see....
....
....
....
VOILÁ!
You have no idea how many hours I have spent staring at that stunningness!!!! I mean...
The colors! The outfits! The expressions! Just...EVERYTHING!!! I can't even....IT IS TOO AWESOME--I LOVE IT TOO MUCH!!!!
And yeah, I'm sure you now have ALL THE QUESTIONS. Most of which I probably can't answer. But here's what I CAN say:
~ That is Sophie, Keefe, and Biana on the cover (YES--WE FINALLY GET TO SEE BIANA--DOESN'T SHE LOOK BEAUTIFUL???)
~ No, Fitz and Dex aren't on the cover, but YES they are in the book just as much.
~ Yes, that IS Biana's hand grabbing Keefe's arm. And no, I have no comment on that.(Though I'm sure the fandom will have LOTS of thoughts...)
~ Yes, they all look worried--and rightfully so. A humongous wave is crashing over them!
And...that's it. I can't tell you what the scene is, or where they are, or at what point that scene happens in the story. For that, you'll have to wait for the book
So I know the next logical question is; when does the book come out?!?!?!?
And the only answer I can give is: Fall 2015. It'll probably be November like EVERBLAZE, but release dates change all the time, so I won't have an exact date to give you until we're closer to that season. Plus, yanno, I'm still writing the book, so there's that. Realllllllllllllllllllllly need to finish...
So how about I go back to writing and you guys go back to staring at the gloriousness and we'll see how long it takes before the first fan art from the new cover pops up on the Internetz?
*scrolls up to ogle the shiny one more time*
*gets back to writing*

Keeper #4 Title: REVEALED!!!!!
I KNOW you guys are just going to skip right past this part to get to the shiny title. So all I'm going to say is: Are you ready for this????????
....
....
....
....
TA DA!!!
In case that graphic isn't loading, the title of book 4 is: NEVERSEEN!!!
Say it with me: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
It *probably* won't mean as much to you if you haven't read EVERBLAZE yet. But once you read it you'll totally get it.
And since I know you probably have some questions now, let me pre-empt them:
I don't have the exact release date (if you see any listed online just know that it's only a placeholder date and may very well change). I also don't have a plot description to share (mostly because I'm still writing the book...)I can't show you the cover yet--BUT I WILL BE ABLE TO SOON. Like, think weeks, not months. Probably by the end of Jan. I'm not 100% sure on the exact date yet, so make sure you check back often. And I feel absolutely confident when I say: you guys are gonna LOVE it.
And...that's all for now. Back to writing NEVERSEEN! (And WOO HOO--I DON'T HAVE TO REMEMBER NOT TO SAY THE TITLE ANYMORE!!! Keeping secrets from you guys is so hard!)
