Sometimes I feel like I spend more time writing down ideas than actually writing stories.

But work on the blue bricks part I is going well - I feel really good about it. The atmosphere especially feels just right.

Project Hamlet

Ok, so a while back I mentioned doing this internet based film project around the famous to be or not to be soliloquy from Hamlet. Now that its summer and I do indeed have more time, I am definitely going to get this going. Earlier this year I had a go at doing the entire thing myselfand it was then that I had the idea. The more people, the more minds, the more emotions, the better. Plus, this is a new and exciting thing - words form the 1600s brought into the modern, internet era of worldwid...

Telegraph reader Darren Moston writes: I go to a local pond in Warrington where there is a heron. When I turn up he flies over towards me and lands right next to me. As I throw bread for the ducks the fish also come up to get it. The heron will then throw himself in the water right next to me to catch the fish. I took these last night when he caught at least 12 fish! Picture: Darren Moston
