In the year when the first episode of Doctor Who was released, the Vietnam War was still raging. John F. Kennedy was President of the U.S.A. In Britain, The Beatles had just released their first single and C.S Lewis was still alive. Harold McMillan was the Prime Minister. Even in 2005, the world was radically different. The world financial crash hadn’t happened. Twitter didn’t exist. Nobody knew what or who a Belieber was.
The point is that Doctor Who as a show has traveled time just as effect...
