She would jump on my bed and while I was sleeping, I would grab her and tuck her in under my blanket to keep her warm. I don't remember...

enthusiasm startup entrepreneur damir perge by damir perge | founder of entrepreneurdex

What can an entrepreneur, investor or employee learn from an eight and a five-year-old girl? More than you can imagine. If we were only as funthusiastic as Sophia Grace and her cousin Rosie. When I saw these two little girls from Essex, England on The Ellen Degeneres Show, I realized that although enthusiasm is contagious, funthusiasm goes beyond contagious – to the level of becoming an epidemic.

Inspiredex |> inspired by others.

by damir perge | founder of entrepreneurdex

It takes a village to inspire.

Everyone is inspired by someone. It doesn't matter who you are, how big you are or how important. We are inspired by others and our greatest aspiration should be to become the inspiration to those who inspired us. That is also the greatest compliment to those who originally inspired us to succeed.

A perfect example is Adele. She became the top artist in 17 countries, almost overnight. Her song, "Someone like you"...

inspiredex | > the advantage of disadvantage.

inspiration damir perge entrepreneurdex by damir perge | founder of entrepreneurdex

Most entrepreneurs experience disadvantages – especially in the early stages of the venture life cycle. But you can turn any disadvantage into an advantage. It takes some effort, but you can find a hidden advantage or two within any disadvantage. Entrepreneur Myth #61 | Entrepreneurs live happily ever after the acquisition.

by damir perge | founder of entrepreneurdex

Mutiny at the TechCrunch indieprise

When entrepreneurs are acquired by another company, the notion that they live happily ever after is a myth. Sure, happiness happens as they laugh all the way to the bank, but then they face the reality of serving out their employee contract.

Yesterday's game of ousting of TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington amid accusations of mixing business and editorial is a perfect example. M.G. Siegler, journalist for Tech...

Startups are difficult. Running any business in any stage of the company life cycle is difficult too. Sam Walton said, "Capital isn't scarce, vision is." Unfortunately, entrepreneurship also has its limits when it comes to the variable of time. There are only so many hours, days, weeks, months or years to grow your venture into a billion dollar empire.

There is a solution to any entrepreneur's time constraints. If you feel overwhelmed...
