Speaking engagement with SCA 5th and 6th grade a success

SCA fifth and sixth graders enjoyed a visit today from SCA alumnus Dr. Brandi Clark
(aka Jessahme Wren). Dr. Clark shared several excerpts from her latest novel Terra Firma (Solid Ground). She also reinforced the three ingredients for a good story: character(s), setting, and conflict. Upon her departure, she left SCA with an autographed copy of her novel, bookmarks, and stickers.
The students would like to thank Dr. Clark for sharing her time and talents with them.
❤💙
