How to make your young adult lit relatable…

This June, I’ll be teaching a class on how to write relatable #YAlit during #wtamu’s #WestTexasWritersAcademy. If any of you are #aspiringwriters living in or around the #amarillotexas / #canyontexas area, be sure to register for the weeklong event; there’s something for every genre—insightful courses offered by award-winning and #bestselling #authors who can put you on a path toward your own successful career. ••• Also, there will be #authorsignings the final evening, where you can stock up on the instructors’ #books and get them personalized. Hope to see some of you there!

***Alice the Absent Announcement and Giveaway Celebration***

I’m finally able to announce that the paperback version of Stain—coming out in Jan 2020—will include the full Alice the Absent short story! (SIDE NOTE: The short story will be available ONLY through the paperback version … not the hardback or the ebook.)
This means anyone who buys the paperback will also own the Morpheus origin tale I wrote a little over a year ago! Stain’s paperback will be available everywhere domestically, and also via Book Depository (dot com). So if you’re a foreign reader, you can purchase the English version through their online store. Win-win for everyone!
And on the note of winning, to celebrate the fantastic news, I’m having a giveaway for the set pictured here: a signed Stain & Alice the Absent mashup poster + limited edition Alice the Absent booklet.
GIVEAWAY GUIDELINES: This is INTL, so anyone can win! To enter, help me get the word out about Stain’s paperback by tagging three people in the comments on this InstaGram post here. Giveaway ends Sunday, November 24th.
Good luck to everyone, and have a frabjous November!

Come chat with me about my newest Gothic fairy tale, Stain! There won't be books for sale, but if you happen to own some of my titles, bring them along and I'll sign them for you after the event. <3
