Youngr Takes Linkin Park Classic On An Immersive House Trip In ‘Tried So Hard’ – Out On Blue Llama Records!
Youngr turns back the clock to the year 2000 and transports Linkin Park’s introspective rap-rock ballad ‘In The End’ into ‘Tried So Hard,’ a house-laden dance track custom made for the here and now.
In true Youngr fashion, ‘Tried So Hard’ started out as an epic real-time studio build, broadcast via his social media channels. Fans lit up the comments section with huge kudos and a defiant desire for official release.
One fan commented “This is from the future bro”whilst another raved; “Dude this is just sick. I’ve been playing this all day long.”
With finishing touches, ‘Tried So Hard’ is now ready for the world. Performing the original sombre piano melody, Youngr turns the tempo up a notch, looping in deep synths and percussive tones, before jumping on the mic to recite Chester Bennington’s original lyrics and introduce his own swaggering bars. Reaching an emotive pinnacle, with vibrant house keys commanding full attention, Youngr shreds an immaculate uplifting electric guitar riff to outro this enigmatic masterpiece.
‘Tried So Hard’ is taken from Youngr’s forthcoming album due to be released on 12th April 2024 on his own Blue Llama Records. Celebrations commence with two sold-out shows across London and Manchester that weekend.
The release once again sends out clear signals Youngr is here to challenge genre-moulds in the name of creativity and casts intrigue as to what other wonders have been concocted in Llamaland Studios for this upcoming body of work.

Maamla Legal Hai (2024) Netflix Series: A parody of life in the courts, specifically in India
Maamla Legal Hai is a new series created by Rahul Pandey starring Ravi Kishan, Anant Joshi and Naila Grewal.
This series promises to be based on real events, or at least, real bizarre events. But above all, “Maamla Legal Hai” delves into the world of courts, laws, lawyers, judges, and defendants. It is a parody of the legal system and how it does not fully comply with established legal parameters.
One example will suffice: a lawyer who claims to do things legally, says precisely that they want to do everything in a strictly legal manner. The laughter is loud. Is it a parody of corruption? For us, it is a comedy to enjoy and try to be the best citizens we can be, because if we fall into the hands of the law… nothing good can happen (as the wise Kafka knew).
About the seriesDo not expect those 80s sitcoms about a courtroom, although the series is full of trials and such: it is not a sitcom, it is a series with various settings, characters, and situations, and the main character is the judicial system itself. Many characters intertwine and make us laugh because, with this system, nobody knows where things can end up.
A comedic series, with a very retro touch and a surreal sense of humor that permeates everything and makes us question the statement with which the series begins: is it really based on real events? A series that, with its humor, is unbelievable that it is based on reality. A classic comedy series.
Enjoy it.

Spaceman (2024) Netflix Movie: Adam Sandler, Kafka, and a giant spider in the vastness of an infinite abyss
Spaceman is a sci-fi movie starring Adam Sandler. With Carey Mulligan, Kunal Nayyar, Paul Dano, Lena Olin, and Isabella Rossellini. It is written by Colby Day, and based on the book by Jaroslav Kalfar. A movie directed by Johan Renck.
For those who are fans of the comedic Adam Sandler, the Adam Sandler we all know… this movie is not for you. It’s not a comedy and you won’t recognize the easygoing character that has made the American actor so famous.
Here we have a man who goes crazy in space, after six months of isolation, and starts seeing a spider. His visions become more and more overwhelming, and introspection, space, and nothingness take over a consciousness that begins to reflect on itself.

A movie starring Adam Sandler is a movie in which his personality, his prominence in the production, his script… overshadow everything. This is no exception, but in a very different way.
This time, we have a director, Johan Renck (director of the series Chernobyl), an intimate story, and another great protagonist: space and its profound and powerful vastness.
“Spaceman” is the story of a man who confronts that vastness through the solitude of his consciousness, through delirium, and tries to hold on to the only thing that keeps him alive, his faith in his wife.
Will “Spaceman” appeal to the general public? It seems like one of those movies that doesn’t care whether it appeals or not, and whose intentions are beyond that, in space and in the search for the reason for human existence. Does it succeed? Only partially, because the result seems less cosmic, less transcendental than it should be for its initial intentions.
It’s another great performance by Sandler in the dramatic field, although his face is hindered by all the comedic characters he has played and that, in some way, we can’t forget, no matter how different this character is from the characters in his comedies. It has a good ending, beautiful in terms of special effects, although it’s also somewhat predictable, not surprising enough as a whole.
Our opinionOne of those space movies that pass without telling us anything new and without conveying anything at the cinematographic level that we haven’t seen before. A movie that won’t captivate the general public because it’s not designed for that purpose, but it does show us a different side of Adam Sandler as an actor.

Furies (2024) | Netflix Series: An incredibly entertaining series with a lot of action
Furies is a new series created by Jean-Yves Arnaud and Yoann Legave, starring Lina El Arabi, Marina Foïs and Mathieu Kassovitz.
If you’re looking for an action-packed, entertaining series with plot twists, a thrilling story, and plenty of intense sequences, then “Furies ” is perfect for this weekend. For once, a series that delivers exactly what it promises without disappointing – a pure and hard-hitting action series that knows how to give the audience exactly what they want, without any sentimentalism.
PlotEven in Paris, there are mafias, and when they have problems, they turn to a legendary figure called “the fury,” who takes care of things…through murder. However, this time, he killed the wrong girl’s father.
About the seriesWe love French comedies about high society, but French cinema also has a long tradition in the action thriller genre (with Luc Besson as a great representative). They do it very well and, in their own style, manage to entertain and produce fantastic productions like “Furies ,” which is a delight to watch if you’re expecting a good series with action, intrigue, murder, mafias, and plenty of gunfire. “Furies ” is perfect for sitting down, forgetting about your problems, and simply enjoying and getting carried away by intense sequences full of rhythm, an interesting story, and, in addition, all of this with a well-constructed cast of characters and a coherent script.
Luc Besson may not be involved, but watching “Furies ” makes us unable to forget him.
This well-made series has, above all, excellent editing, always controlling the pace and never losing sight of what the viewer wants and expects from a series of this kind. It delivers in spades, entertains, and adds touches of humor, all with an 80s touch and with irony, intelligence, and plenty of rhythm.
Our opinionSit back and enjoy the adventures of this girl who will go to great lengths to find those responsible for turning her life upside down. Incredibly entertaining and very funny.

My Name Is Loh Kiwan (2024) – A South Korean Movie on Netflix. Review: A Complete Drama!
My Name Is Loh Kiwan is a movie written and directed by Kim Hee-jin starring Song Joong-ki and Choi Sung-eun. It is based on the novel by Hae Ji Cho.
Are you in the mood for a movie full of romance with a personal and dramatic story? “My Name Is Loh Kiwan” is here to fulfill your most tearful dreams with this cheesy, tear-jerking and extremely romantic story. It tells the story of a North Korean immigrant who, after losing his family and becoming an immigrant in Belgium, finds love… and a new drama. The film touches upon the tragedies of immigration, political crisis, and tragic romance. Were you looking for something cheerful? Well, this is not it. But if you’re into dramas, then you’re in luck.
About the movieEach scene in the film is carefully crafted to evoke a sense of tragedy and emotion. From the death of the mother to the nostalgia and the protagonist’s supreme kindness… everything has been created and designed to bring the audience to a tearful state. If you’re not in the mood to cry, you might find it overly sentimental and tiresome. Technically, the film is well-made with well-shot scenes and a photography style in warm tones that perfectly captures the rainy and melancholic European atmosphere. The night scenes, in particular, are well-photographed.
As for the performances, this is one of those “tear-jerking” movies where the actors are constantly on the verge of tears, keeping the audience in suspense. Do they do a good job? The actors are great in this emotional script, but all the tears just didn’t quite move us.
Our opinionWe’ll say it again: tear-jerking and sad. There are some moments of happiness, but they are few. If you enjoy sad and cheesy movies, then this might be one of your favorites. But for us, we prefer joy and we run away from dramas, so we won’t be recommending it.
