Sometimes I get signs from the universe about little details of...

Sometimes I get signs from the universe about little details of my fictional worlds.  In Troll Or Derby, there is a black unicorn.  When I started visually brainstorming for Troll Or Park I realized I wanted another all-black magical animal, and a dark-as-night sort of Aslan popped into my mind, so I pinned it on the Troll Or Park Pinterest board.

This popped up, just now in my Tumblr feed.

Oh, yes, Troll Or Park, set in Vegas (partially).  You have magical black lions there.  Oh, yes yes yes, you do. 

Heh.  I forgot about the note I left with the first black lion I pinned: “Dark Aslan, Dazzlin’.”  Sometimes I amuse myself.  ;)
