In other news, I started messing around with Tim's Bamboo tablet this morning. I drew a quick little sketch, just trying to get used to both the pen interface and the tools available in Gimp, which I'd never used either.
It's pretty rough, but it's fun.
I've been wanting to do a comic forever, and although I love stripgenerator, sometimes I'd rather draw things, myself, you know? So, in addition to my other interests, don't be surprised if you see a little comic goofiness showing up from time to time.
Look, I'm not a fine artist like my sister, so don't expect absurdly beautiful mastery or anything. I'm just going to experiment a bit. And I'm looking forward to it! Weee!
