Tessa Hatfield is an award-winning author of gushing yet playful romantic comedy with lovingly flawed characters. Banter is the crème fraîche of her life and her personal love language, but she also pulls inspiration from her former life as a professional dancer, her years spent as a wild Mizzou Tiger, and her love for creating art grounded in imperfect human reality.

When she isn’t crying over her laptop in a coffee shop (which is totally healthy) or smothering her sweet baby boys in kisses (which is always), she can be found working out aggression in Latin dance classes in majestic Colorado, where she lives with her husband and three children.
