Inspiration for Saving Bobby!!!!

People ask me where did I find the ideas and Inspiration on writing Saving Bobby. It's simple, some of my wonderful in-laws and friends. The main character name was inspired by own brother Bobby. (Just the name). The other characters that helped me bring the story to life wouldn't have been possible if it were'nt for Aunt Rita, Aunt Donna, Johnny, My husband, My friend Michael, and my grandmother in-law's who inspired me with her name ( Annie) who passed away June 2008. I'm forever grateful to each and everyone of you..

The New year!!!

We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year’s Day.

Keeping My Feet On The Ground

People often ask me how I went from working at a multi-billion dollar company making a nice chunk of change, too writing books.What makes a person just one day wake up and say "I don't want this anymore, I want something different. Well for me it was simple. I knew I had a passion, it just took me thirty five years to realize what it was. My life has never been simple though. If you ask people who knows me, Who I Am, they will tell you things that make me different such as, I have three middle names (so true). I was born on April Fool's day, I'm a lefty, and I'm never on time for anything. Some of my friends have often said I would be late for my own funeral someday. I don't doubt it, seeing I was late to my own wedding. Now for what keeps my feet on the ground. Remembering to never forget where I came from and remembering where I want to finish in life...
