Joe Stockton chided himself for picking this moment. Both he and the woman he loved, Mel Hoffman, had just come off a twelve-hour shift, preparing the F-16 jet fighter aircraft at Hahn Air Base in Germany for flight. Both were dog tired, ready for a hot cup of coffee and a tasty meal, and then to drop into bed until they had to report for duty again, about twelve hours from now.
Ah, quit being a coward. You love her. She loves you. Haven’t both of us said that many times since we got here?

Hank Sanders sauntered through his house. Stubble on his chin gave him a good feeling when he rubbed it with his right hand. A cigarette dangled from the fingers of the left hand, the long ash tip scattering across what had been a pristine tile floor until that moment. Given that he wouldn’t stick around those stupid holy rollers any longer than he had to, he wore a pair of jeans that had worn nearly to the point of being obscene in certain areas. A checked flannel shirt with rolled up sleeves exposed the new tattoo he’d had done when he and some buds spent Halloween night in Landstuhl. Although it was not strictly within the damn codes the Air Force made everyone live by, he’d covered his, a growling bulldog with a spiked collar. Normally, his shirtsleeves were fastened tightly around his thick wrists, concealing what he knew could cause him issues with his uptight commander, a prick of a captain who was trying to get an assignment to the Pentagon.
Jerk won’t go anywhere except Turkey once I get my plan in motion.

Paradox Lost Redemption

Good morning and welcome to Thursday Thoughts. Today, we’re talking about Paradox Lost Redemption in this finale, DJ, Matt, and Elisa take the fight to the enemy. Will they succeed?
Only together can DJ, Matt, and Elisa overcome Rogues…
Blurb
The past changed the future …
. . . the future must salvage the past.
The battle against the Rogues continues, and the outcome is uncertain. Rogues have taken over the school, and Matt joins forces against them. Hidden in a cave, Elisa and DJ try to stop the onslaught. Before these three young people can take on their enemy, they must learn to trust each other and how they can control the Gateways.

Excerpt
Matt eases away from the wall. He will not be where James expects him to be for a very good reason.
I didn’t trust this guy from the beginning, when he tried to “guide” us as kids. His words were too pat, too conveniently right at the moment he appeared.
He has to make DJ and Elisa believe him, but has no idea how. Matt senses James searching for him. He isn’t ready to be with The First, the title conferred upon James once he accepted his powers. Research Matt did long before their lives were forfeited gives him knowledge most might consider dangerous, if anyone will believe he actually discovered all of this on his own.
There’s only one way to accomplish this task.

Paradox Lost The Ultimate Paradox

Good morning and welcome to Wednesday Wisdom. Today, we’re talking about Paradox Lost The Ultimate Paradox the second installment of DJ, Matt, and Elisa’s journey to protect Travelers from Rogues.
Separated, DJ, Matt, and Elisa struggle to overcome Rogues…
Blurb
The past changed the future …
. . . the future must salvage the past.
Falsely accused of murdering his father, DJ faces a terrible penalty. That’s the least of his worries—Uncle Toby and his army of Rogues are bent on tearing history apart, and DJ and his allies have to stop them any way they can. But only a True Neutral can save their world, and The First, his family’s ancestor, is long dead. His brother Matt was killed by Toby’s actions, and his sister Elisa is fighting her own demons.
The past created by their uncle needs to be uncreated into what it was meant to be. And these three teenagers, triplets and direct descendants of The First, must learn to ally with each other to correct the errors made real in the past.
And the Gateways reveal themselves as something no one ever suspected….

Excerpt
Matt paces back and forth in the place where he exists. He has lost his certainty that DJ and Elisa can save Dad. More than anything, Matt wishes he could go back in time, but remember what he knows now.
We wouldn’t have lost everyone in Mexico. Things would be different. DJ wouldn’t be struggling to understand all these changes. Elisa would be…Matt snickers to himself. The same. She never changes.
He understands why James made the deal with the Gateways about Elisa, but Matt still can’t comprehend why those very same Gateways won’t let him be part of the battle now going on between the evil Rogues and all other Travelers.
“I can feel your discontent.” James stands on the other side of the white area where no walls exist, yet this place feels like a prison. “Imagine how I felt when my body perished while I was part of you, Matt.”

Blurb
The past changed the future
… the future must salvage the past.

He wakes with a sense of alarm racing through his body. For the fifth time this month, Dennis James Sullivan hears unseen callers in his head, but today is far different from any other.
At seventeen, he is taller than most boys his age. His dark red hair falls over his deep blue eyes. He shoves the hair back and leans his elbows against his knees. His whole body feels as if it belongs to someone else, what with his knees and elbows all knobby, and the way he constantly springs up another inch overnight. Not that that wasn’t normal, but then the voices began speaking to him, and he can’t make sense of it.

Three teens must save magic
Blurb
The Edict changes the lives of those gifted with magic. Three teens, once close friends, each have a mission to complete. Can they do what’s right or is magic gone forever?
Cerra, Paul, and Jillian connect through telecommunication, until the night everything changes for Gifted. They are no longer happy children looking forward to a wonderful future. Cerra is on the run to avoid arrest and imprisonment. Paul flees to Haven, a magical enclave, where he is taught to become an infiltrator and put his own freedom on the line by fighting the enemy from within. Jillian remains behind and becomes a Hunter—those seeking to capture and imprison all Gifted.
Will this trio reunite and fight against those determined to destroy magic?

Excerpt
Paul Eberham stared out his bedroom window into darkness blanketed the North Georgia mountains. He shuddered when he felt surges of anger and fear through his magic.
It will happen tonight. I have to warn Jillian and Cerra. They need to hide.
The Edict, a law banning those possessing incredible powers from using them or attending school, driving a car, even having the rights of normal citizenship was going into effect. Even though he was a mere eight years of age, Paul was well aware of the damage this could cause humanity.
Jilly. Cerra-girl, can you hear me?

Southern pines rose well above the two boys hidden in the wooded area behind the small farmhouse. A gentle breeze blew across the tops of the trees bending them and swaying the upper trunks. Neither boy paid much attention after watching the action for a few moments. Both held sticks about two feet long and grinned at each other. Dust clouds rose from where they stood. At one end of the clearing, rocks lay scattered.
The taller boy’s skin resembled a rich cup of espresso. His companion’s complexion appeared so pale as to redden in the early spring sunshine breaking through the trees surrounding them. Shouts and laughter filled the air.
“I’ve got it,” the fair-skinned one called. “It’s not fair, Gordon. Your last three landed without a problem. You’ve been practicing.”

Canoples Investigations Destroys Dusters

Good morning and welcome to Friday Feeling. Today, we’re talking about Canoples Investigations Destroys Dustersa story of these teens going from SpaceBall to rescuing victims of an explosion.
A brand new “day without end” adventure… SpaceBall surprise for the guys…
An explosion rocks the station… CI team leaps into action!
Blurb
BD, Carl, Cassie, Terry, Mick, Jack, Corina, LaTisha, and Kathe dive into another fabulous adventure. The day starts with a girls versus guys SpaceBall game. In another part of the Galaxy, Wade and Mildred are heading home from their honeymoon. Everyone is relaxed and happy with how quiet things have been on the station
Until…
An explosion on Sub-1 turns a happy day into one fraught with danger and disaster. Can the team rally and save the station?

Excerpt
This station is so amazing. Even though my friends and I have only been living here for a short time, we’re treated as if we’ve been here forever. No one mentions that we were once part of Believers, for which we are very thankful.
“Sure wish we could be more a part of the team,” Kathe says. “It’s like they brought us here and we have to pretend like we never took care of those Believers on Starship Lyre.”
Kathe, LaTisha, and I have often commented on how the Canoples Investigations team seems to have a lot of adventures without us. Why, just two months ago, when Believers attempted to take over the station, BD, Carl, Cassie, and Terry, along with Jack and Mick, took off to Poseidon to deal with the Believers in charge there. They went nearly to the end of the galaxy, close to Pluto, and had a lot of fun before they came back to save the station.
