Drink of the Month
ice
1 oz. light cream, chilled
1 oz. orange curacao or orange liqueur
1 oz. creme de cacao
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
orange slice or twist
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add cream, curacao, creme de cacao, and pumpkin pie spice.
Strain mixture into a martini glass and garnish with fresh orange slice or twist.
