Fic o'clock?
Okay sweetpeas, here are some thoughts so far about the nanowrimo project next month:
The “novel” I am writing is going to be 3 shorter stories that intersect:
A) Frankie an alcoholic poet with an unhealthy infatuation with San Francisco art handler, Buckminster (AKA Buckie)
B) James, a cranky curator living in Portland who has a run in with his ex-boyfriend Turkish, the photographer who broke his heart
C) Tesla, Turkish’s quirky protégé and grad student photographer who has an unexpected encounter when she assists a friend on a wedding shoot. (First femslash story. Very exciting!)
At this point I might be able to accommodate requests so let me know if you have any particular tropes/scenarios you’re craving. Otherwise I have two chapters of Swallowed by the Whale to finish this month and then off we go.

This is Tom pre-haircut! He was so damn fluffy.
My life has been nothing but Portland, little designer dogs and art lately. I feel so at home.

Poor pickle got her spay on Tuesday, but she’s doing great with recovery and has remained her cheerful (if slightly drug induced) self. Can you believe six months old and almost 11 pounds? They grow so fast!

And you thought there was nothing good on TV.
