I just discovered at least 1,000 more unauthorized books by Personalized JoyCraft on the site. The best part? Other authors have been reporting this all along and Amazon has done nothing to stop it. Instead, they’re profiting from it.

I decided to take things one step further. First, I reached out to Amazon’s Executive Team who I’ve been in contact with before due to a prior incident. Then I counted and took screenshots of all the Google results which used the same wording JoyCraft used in their descriptions.
