Easy Chicken Katsu Curry Recipe (Gluten-Free)

So I love Katsu Curry, but the kits in the supermarket are so expensive for what it little more than a sachet of sauce and some breadcrumbs. They are also full of gluten, which several of my friends have to avoid. Hence I came up with this recipe and tried it on my husband last night and he loved it :). It is based off of these two recipes: Chicken Katsu Curry from allrecipes.co.uk, Crunchy Chicken Cutlets from Simply Nigella. If you wanted a vegetarian version you could use vegetables like a...

My apologies for not being around the last few days - my husband and I were in London from Sat until yesterday having an awesome long weekend :). Welcome to Tips Tuesdays 25 and today I have the most fabulous recipe for you. You will not believe how good these taste and they have no flour so they are gluten free, which is simply win-win. So of course the question comes up, if 50 Shades can become a huge hit, why can't I turn my little fanfiction epic into a book too. The answer is, of course, that you can. You just have to make sure on one thing:
Take out everything that does not belong to you before you...

Hence I decided to do this week's Monster Mondays on that very subject. I do hope you enjoy it.
10 Mad Scientists Who are Much More Interesting Than Dr Frankenstein No underground lair or isolated castle base would be complete without its very own mad scienti...
