April 20—L.A. Times Festival of Books, Day 1
Saturday, April 20
L.A. Times Festival of Books | University of Southern California | Directions | Parking Map
L.A. Times Festival of Books is held each year on the campus of USC for two days, and is (in my humble opinion) the finest and most well-organized book festival in the country. I highly recommend that you come join Cecil Castellucci, Blake Nelson, and me for two days of non-stop fun on the Young Adult Stage. We’ll be running around with the microphone playing Oprah at the panels listed below. We always take questions from the crowd, and afterwards you can buy books and get them signed by the authors.
In addition to the panels outside on the Y.A. stage, there are three ticketed Y.A. panels on 4/20 (see below), and I’ll be participating in an adult panel (also ticketed and held indoors) about writing about faith and gay identity. (More on that here.)

10 Questions, 1 Minute
So I stopped by the Little, Brown offices last month and somebody (who shall remain nameless, but her initials are Zoe Luderitz) said, “Hey Aaron. I want you to sit in this chair and answer ten questions for me really fast, okay?”
I said, “Okay.”
Then, this happened:
