I was asked by fellow Author Kathleen Boston McCune:Ten Interview Questions for The Rennillia Series 1. What is the working title of your book? A Simple Truth: Book IV in The Rennillia Series 2. Where did the idea come from for the book? It is the natural progression of things from books I, II & III 3. What genre does your book fall under? Romantic Suspense 4. Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition? Honestly it would be my dream to make it an Independent Film and cast unknown actors 5. What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book? An Intense Story filled decisions, actions and the repercussions that follow 6. Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency? My book will be self published 7. How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript? Roughly a year 8. What other books would you compare this story to within your genre? The first three in The Series 9. Who or What inspired you to write this book? It is adapted from a short story I wrote several years ago about a couple breaking up. 10. What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest? It is a realistic view of the lasting effects of abuse, the dangers of being self centered and how the path we choose to follow defines who we are . The Wren
Original Art by Sarah Bickham

In Ireland The Wren Is a symbol of Greatness and CunningIt is also Hated by the Irish. The Eagle and The WrenThe birds held a contest to see who could fly the highest. The Eagle was flying higher than any other bird, but grew tired. The tiny Wren hid himself in the Eagle's tail feathers, and flew out soaring higher than the Eagle, proving it is better to be clever than strong. The Wren The Irish troops were sneeking up on a portion of Cromwell's army to attack them, when wrens came and perched on the Irish drums. The tapping of the wrens feet on the drums aroused theEnglish soldiers, who attacked the Irish troops and killed them all. Which Wren are you?Are you The Wren that acts out of impulse without thought only doing what comes natural to you? OrAre you The Wren that takes their time carefully thinking your actions through ? Taking a moment to absorb what Jackson shared, I wondered what he thought. “Which one am I?” I asked. Raising his eyebrows he questioned me saying, “I think the better question is which one should you be?” Nodding I admitted, “I’m not the right one.” *from Ch.6 book IV A Simple Truth ~ Available Now
