Tantalizing Tuesday Tease

It’s that time again. Every Tuesday a group of writers get together. They select a picture (mine took me about an hour to find mine on pinterest) and write 200 words about it. Enjoy and remember to follow the link to read some sexy teases.

Coming Home

What the hell was she doing? She knew that she needed to turn around, to get back on the bus and let it take her away but she didn’t. Sophia stood on the side of the street and watched the bus disappear down a dusty highway. There was no way out now. She hiked her bag over her shoulder. There wasn’t anything for miles except for the house opposite her. The sun set behind it, the rays of light cast everything in an orange glow. How many times had she sat on the porch and watched the sun set?

The front door swung open and she stopped in her tracks. A large Labrador ran down the steps and skidded to a stop when it spotted her. The sight made her smile despite her nerves.

The door opened again and this time she saw him. He walked down the steps and stopped next to Tilly. “What has you in such a state?”

The dog barked happily and Sophia was almost afraid to move. He frowned and glanced up. Even with the distance between them she caught sight of the rich brown of his eyes. He stepped towards her and crossed his arms. His expression guarded.

“Sophia?”

“Hey Taylor.”

Tuesday Tease

tumblr_mi6s9p3kMN1qzupj0o1_1280

image borrowed from Pinterest and original was found on Bookshelf Porn.

I’ve been playing with the idea of writing a sequel to my free story The Dare Encounters: Chance.

Jessica balanced the books on one hand and retrieved the book that rested on the top. People might have thought that her job as a librarian was boring but she enjoyed it. She liked order and the gentle hum of activity. The click of fingers on keyboards. Books being opened and closed. It was home.

There was a level of comfort in that. A sureness. The night she’d spent with Ben went against everything she believed in. Sure she wanted excitement but she wanted more than that. Something that Ben hadn’t offered.

She walked down another stack and placed the remainer books into their slots. She still needed to have a look at the online catalogue to see if the update had finished.

A hand on her wrist turned her around and she glanced up in surprise. Ben smiled down at her. His green eyes were filled with concern. “You didn’t message me this morning.”

Her mouth went dry. He actually came to see her? “I just thought…”

He raised her hands and pushed her gently against the bookcase. “You think too much.” He whispered the words and Jessica shivered as he lowered his head and kissed her.

Oh boy…

Tantalizing Tuesday: Her Men

Every Tuesday, some awesome writers get together to tantalize, tease and tempt. We each pick a picture and write 200 words about it.

She leaned into his kiss. The bristles on his chin tickled her and she moaned as he claimed her lips. He cupped her chin and laced his fingers into her hair. James traced his lips against her neck and a shiver travelled through her. This was what it felt like to be the centre of attention? To have two men that wanted her desperately. She’d never felt so desired. She was the girl that faded into the background. The one that nobody saw. The one that nobody needed until they wanted something from her. Nobody would believe that sweet and innocent Ruby had disappeared with not one but two men.

James touched her waist. The slight pressure had her turning in his arms, her back pressed against his front. He moved his hands higher until he cupped her breasts. “God, you’re beautiful.” He whispered the words against the curve of her ear. “Just seeing you sitting at the bar, that drink in your hand with the straw poised at your lips. The naughty thoughts that raced through my mind.”

Stefan broke his tender torture on her lips and she let him tug her dress up as he dropped to his knees. “There will be plenty of time for that. There is something that I want more.” She blushed as her panties came into view and Stefan moaned.

Tantalizing Tuesday Tease

Good Morning, Afternoon and Evening

It’s that time again. A bunch of talented writers get together and write 200 words to a picture of their choosing. I was scouring pinterest for mine and found this one. 9c56beb03adfd0719ee7ac8f5c8bb089https://www.pinterest.com/pin/523825000382874523/

Sophia glanced up to see that Tom stood in front of her. A slight smile curved his lips. His eyes dark and unreadable. She opened her mouth but no words came out. What could she say? Tom nodded at her, like he could read her inner turmoil and maybe he could. Sophia had always had a terrible poker face. He offered his hand and she slipped hers into it.

With one smooth motion she was in his arms. His hand rested on the small of her back. Heat radiated from that tiny spot. The barest of touches sent a wave of awareness through her. He found her other hand and held that too. His grip secure but loose. Sophia curled against him, her chin on his shoulder. She’d always loved how they fitted toward, like two pieces of a puzzle. They didn’t even need words. There was nothing that could be said so she let herself enjoy the moment. However bittersweet it was. Tom took the first step. The gravel barely made a sound as they started to move around it.

They were saying goodbye.

And it broke her heart.

#SexySnippet: Tip of the Fang

Hey guys it’s that time again. A group of writers get together and post seven snippets from their latest WIPS Mine is from Tip of the Fang. Enjoy.

She couldn’t have been the only one who felt the electricity between them. It couldn’t all be one sided. Emily leaned a little closer and Henri’s gaze darken. The slightest pressure on her arm made her glance down. His fingers danced along her skin and sent a wave of awareness through her.

“Aren’t you tired of fighting whatever this is?” It took her a lot to say it. She never chased a guy but she wanted Henri. God, she wanted him so much it hurt.

Tantalizing Tuesday Tease

It’s Tuesday and today I’m offering something a little different. Enjoy.

Tom went down into a forward facing dog, or whatever the pretty yoga instructor had called it. Whatever the hell it was it hurt. It had to be some sort of karmic punishment for coming in here in the first place. A sea of women, not a man in sight. It was easy pickings. There had been a few smirks that he chose to ignore when he entered. It quickly became a distinct possibility that he hadn’t been the first man to try out the approach.

Yoga, how hard could it be? It was a lot of humming, wasn’t it?

Damn, he didn’t know bugger all. It had to have been created by a sadist. Every muscle hurt. Tom let out a breath he’d been holding and nearly lost his balance.

“Are you okay?”

He tried to glance up but jarring pain stopped him short. Instead he studied the toenails of the yoga girl, Emily. The light in the studio made the pink shimmer. “Pretty.”

“Excuse me?”

Oh crap, had he said that out loud? He coughed. “I think the blood is rushing to my head.” His legs started to shake and he collapsed face first into the mat. The crowd of women burst into cheers and he got the impression he’d ended up exactly how they thought he would.

“Well he lasted longer than the other guy.” An elderly lady who had to be pushing sixty spoke up.

#sexysnippet from The Tip of the Fang #vampires

Today we’ve got a snippet from my latest wip.

Then he bit her. She cried out but it wasn’t in pain. Her body quivered as it released. The smell of her pleasure filled his senses and he rubbed himself against the crux of her legs. His own pleasure rising as blood filled his mouth and he swallowed. She tasted so good.

Sunday Snippet

Jonah laced his fingers together and stretched them about his head. The muscles in his shoulders popped and he groaned. Damn, he really couldn’t sit in the same spot for hours on end without every body part hating him with a vengeance.

He removed his glasses and pinched the bridge of his nose. The words had blurred together about an hour ago. The files needed to be read through, signed and handed off to the courier at twelve. It would have been easier to print the pages off and Jonah would have done that, if he wasn’t working with a limited amount of printer ink. He’d spent months putting the contract together for the company merger between Murdock and Hall. It needed to be ironclad.

Jonah got to his feet and half stumbled to the kitchen until his muscles warmed up. With one hand he pulled his tie loose and placed it on the counter. He switched the kettle on and worked on unbuttoning his shirt. He threw it onto the back of a chair and went about making a cup of coffee. The cool air in the apartment caressed his skin, and left goosebumps in its wake. Jonah didn’t feel it, too tired to take much notice. He poured in some milk and returned it back to the fridge.

He unbuttoned his trousers and as they fell to his feet he kicked them off.

The suit he’d be wearing for the day had been dropped off by the cleaners and he’d need a shower before he got dressed. He picked up the streaming hot cup and walked to the window. New York wasn’t even awake yet.

“You didn’t come to bed.”

He glanced over his shoulder to see her. She stood in the doorway, red hair tumbled in waves against her shoulders. The sheet she held against her chest left her shoulders bare and only highlighted her curves. Jonah glanced back out of the window. “I’m sorry, the night got away from me.” She moved so silently that Jonah didn’t register her closeness until her arm came around his waist. She rested her cheek against his back.

“I’m glad it’s nearly finished.”
