As an author, we write, we edit, we argue over book covers. Then our book is finally on the shelves.

Then we're promoting, and passing around excerpts and chapters and begging for reviews and showing our friends and doing blog hops and whatever else we can think of to get that new book on someone's brain. All the time we're working on the next book that we hope will be a best seller.

Challenge: 365 of Blogging

In my marketing class, I always stress how important it is to *be out there* -- You need to say something. It's a reason so many authors try to find somewhat simple meme's to do each week. It keeps the "web crawlers" finding their blogs.

So, who's up for a 365 day blogging challenge? We'll do it all through 2013.

I am determined to not bail out and get lazy on my blog next year (I've done it every year so far...I start out brilliantly then flounder away).

Who doesn't love an alpha?
