Inheriting Roses

In the Summer of 2005 when my mother passed away, I suddenly inherited several of her rose bushes. That may not be exactly what you think you’ll inherit from a parent, but I knew my mother had loved and grown roses all her life. I knew how much she loved her roses. Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone Today my post is relatively simple.

This year I’m thankful for my health. Recovering from a nasty throat infection reminded me how infrequent it is that I get sick. I’m thankful for that, and I shouldn’t take it for granted as I’ve probably been guilty in the past of doing.
