“Has anyone noticed this whole city is looking for us, mad at us, or wants to kill us?“
“So?” said Kaz.
“Well, usually it’s just half the city.”

“how’s my land?” she’d ask every day when his father returned from the fields, and later jesper would learn that the farm had been in her name, a wedding gift from his father, who had courted aditi hilli for nearly a year before she’d deigned to give him the time of day.
“blooming,” he’d say, kissing her cheek. “just like you, love.”

Oh! This makes me so happy. And… wondering if you guys picked up the little echo in Colm’s line? One of those things I really enjoyed building into Colm and Jesper’s speech patterns.

I recently had the honor to be commissioned by the lovely @lbardugo to draw her a witchsona, although can it really be a witchsona when she appears so bewitching all the time? She is such a kind andlovely person and a great writer, I can’t help but love all her characters and the richness and depth she manages to put in all her stories. I can’t wait to read what she have to bless us with in the future.
This is basically the best thing that ever happened to me. Love you, Annalise

Jesper turned. “How good is your Kerch really?”
“Fairly good.”
“Okay, then I hope you understand exactly what I mean when I say you are definitely more trouble than you’re worth.”
Kuwei beamed, looking entirely too pleased with himself. “Kaz seems to think I’m worth a great deal now.”
Jesper rolled his eyes skyward. “You fit right in here.”
