Hey, I'm considering coming out as bi to my parents tonight, I don't know, you're my role model and I'm kinda looking for a sign that I should.

Ok, the ask binge ended, but I just saw this.

Whatever you choose, please make sure you’re safe and have support. And please know you have a witchy aunt who loves you.

1. You were lovely. Please don’t bash yourself.

2.  I’m pretty much always one step away from forming a vigilante girl gang, so I’m glad those stories resonated with you.

Okay, friends and fiends. Thank you for keeping the anon asks so kind and low salt ;) Thus endeth the ask binge!

I hope it's okay to rant here a little bit but I'm so tired of reading books where the MC says thing's like 'I'm not like other girls' and how every female character besides the MC is described as sluty or and evil b*th honestly that's a really harmful nar

My dude, I’m not sure what you’re reading, but there are so many great books being written with fantastic female friendships in them—Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Shadowshaper, Labyrinth Lost. Get thee to a savvy librarian who can steer you to better stuff.

Hello, Ms. Leigh. I had submitted my preorder receipt for Crooked Kingdom to get the fun swag, but unfortunately the publishers never sent me anything. Is there any chance I could still get cool stuff if I show them my preorder receipt? (I preordered from

That could be tough since it’s been so long, but if you reach out to @fiercereadsya here or on twitter, they may be able to help? Or you can send an email through my web site and I can try to put you in touch with someone.

Hi! Sorry to bother you! Just wondering though, I get why authors can't read fanfics about their work while the series is on going for legal reasons, but what about when the series is finished? Do the same legal reasons still apply or is it just a personal

I really don’t know. Again, I’m pro fan fic and I’m sure there are authors out there who read fic of their work, but for me it would be incredibly uncomfortable to read my characters written in someone else’s voice.

Did you have more fun writing TGT or SoC? (I love your writing btw it's so prettyyy)

Thank you! They all had fun moments and rotten moments. But SoC and CK were a lot harder.
