All the Bright Places has arrived!

The book is here! And it’s beautiful!!! After all that’s gone into it and all that’s happened around it, I can’t believe it’s a real live thing that I can hold with my own two hands!!

My mom always said “Every book is a miracle,” which I think sums it up perfectly. The writing of a book is difficult enough without adding in all of life’s many roadblocks, detours, heartbreaks, and challenges. I’m grateful for all the books that have come before, for Ice Master and Ada Blackjack, Aqua Net Diaries, and all the Velva Jeans. But I’m especially grateful for— and proud of— this one.

In one month, All the Bright Places will be making its way onto shelves and into the hands of others, but how I wish I could place it in my mother’s hands.
