This morning I unearthed my Wham albums in memory of George Michael. I used to spend hours in my high school bedroom listening to these two men. Dancing, singing, dreaming of the day I would marry Andrew Ridgeley, and talking on my green phone to my best friend about all the adventures we would have after we graduated and moved out into the great big world.

My new Christmas jumper. Funny that when I was a baby one of my nicknames was Jumper, and now it’s my favorite thing to wear. It’s now officially Christmas here and I am going to shut my eyes and try to drift off. Even now, I get so excited about Christmas that I can barely sleep.
