Writing this book taught me that it’s not only okay to talk...
Writing this book taught me that it’s not only okay to talk about the tough things I’ve gone through, it’s necessary. For too long I didn’t speak up to ask for help in dealing with loss, which left me feeling isolated and alone. None of us should ever have to struggle in silence, no matter what we’re struggling with. On #worldmentalhealthday remember the importance of speaking up and reaching out. Listen. Share. Be there for others and yourself. And always remember that you are a bright place. Love, me ✨
