That panel about Domino’s response to her exes is my favorite thing in the book.

How exciting is this? Stores would out all over the country, a ton had to do a rush-reorder, and now @Marvel Comics has gone back to press for a second printing, woot! Plus, the cover is this gorgeous and hilarious image of Domino’s newest team member, PIP, from David Baldeon’s gorgeous art. Ha!
Thank you SO MUCH to the readers and retailers and creators for spreading the word about our good time assassin lady!

6 comic writers I would love to meet!
George O’Connor

The fabulous and witty author of The Olympians, all about you guessed it the myths of all twelve of the Olympic pantheon. It’s full of great mythological facts, very well researched, and his Greek Notes at the end are just as fun as the stories itself. He’s also very nice from the few times I emailed him. So far he has only 10 books out. The last two are coming in sometime, I’m so excited.
Dan Parent and Fernando Ruiz

Ah yes, the authors of my childhood. The great writers and drawers of Archie stories. They have done so many great stories for it like Man from R.I.V.E.R.D.A.L.E. Clash of the New Kids, the infamous Love Showdown. Honestly so many classic works. I have also gotten hooked on their new kickstarted series Die Kitty Die which is a parody/riff of the comic industry and comics itself. They started my interest in comics and drawing and I will forever be greatful.

If I have not gushed enough about her work well let me continue!! The author of kickass series like DC Comic Bombshells which is such a wondeful blend of feminism, LGTB representation and World War II history with the large cast of heroines and villainess. She also did the reboot of Josie and the Pussycats and brought all sorts of feels and character development to these old friends of mine. If I did get to meet her, I might just have to kiss her feet.

I’m many already know her talent and prestige, so I’ll just keep it short and sweet. She is a true comic powerhouse, bringing stronger females into the loght and proving they could interesting, pretty, complex people without losing their shine and show an all female team, the best one ever, The Birds of Prey!!!
Amanda Conner

I’be only recently started reading her, but with the combination of great drawings and storytelling I would totally jump at the chance to see her. She presented a non sexualised, 3D form of character for Starfire which is lovely departure from her usual “boobs boobs, power blasting sometimes, more boobs” from other stories. This Starfire was more like the one from Teen Titans. Also she brought new life to Harley Quinn, making her crazy, fun and just a bit tragic like the one we all know.

Look who is back! It’s been a while since one of my Wednesday picks made me happy. This did - I have a soft spot for Diamondback since the ancient days when she was Captain America’s partner. Seeing the plots she got since then, a good deal of which involved victimising her again and again, it’s so great to see her allowed to be a person instead of an object to be tossed around at the whims of a plot.
Thanks, Gail Simone. Thanks.
