Ashamed: Failed Companies & Business Ideas, Unsuccessful Entrepreneurs Startups. Feelings of shame, depression & embarrassment
Dear Entrepreneur, there is no shame in your failed business idea and attempt. There is no shame in getting it wrong. There is no shame in making a mistake. There is no shame in genuinely having a failed company or start up and giving your venture a good go. There is no shame in going all the way to bankruptcy. Failed and unsuccessful entrepreneurs are plenty.
First of all understand it’s ok. There’s no shame in it. Failed business ideas, startups, entrepreneurship and companies is what leads to success. There’s no shame in failing, because failure is a needed process for success.
Secondly, I’ve been there. Many times. Here’s my advice on dealing with and overcoming the shame, embarrassment and depression. Don’t bottle up your emotions. You may have considered yourself as an untouchable entrepreneur. But where ever you are on the ego maniac scale, understand that we are all humans. Talk to a friend you trust or call a helpline. Go for a run. Get your feelings out positively.
And always remember that in the end, failed business ideas, startups and companies don’t matter. You need to understand this for yourself before expecting others to even comprehend. The fact that you are attempting, making mistakes, figuring out flaws, miscalculating and failing and hell even going through bankruptcies means you are moving forward (in one way or another).
You’re a champion for willing to get off your ass and give something a go. And for that, I salute you.

What many fail to realize says The Man Inspiring Millions, is the fact that talented and gifted people work their butts off in order for them to be able to show what they have. Whether you are a student studying, or an athlete wanting to go pro in a basketball team or football squad, perhaps you want to work out at the gym, talent will only take you so far. Hard work. Motivation that burns from the inside is what will drive you.
There are far too many talented and gifted people in the world that you will never see or hear about. They are the ones that lacked motivation and the willingness to work hard. Those whom you see today, the gifted, the so called talented individuals, are ones who have been and understand the importance of hard.
For all the success they have today, there is countless hours, months, and years of hard work behind the scenes. In their heart and mind, they know that hard work pays off.
Realize that their #success today is because of their #hardwork not because of their gift. Many are gifted says the renowned keynote speaker, but few are willing to work in order to bring out their best.

We Did It. Barcelona Wins PSG 6-1 Patriots Win Super Bowl 2017 Cleveland Cavaliers Championship 2016
Barcelona recently Won against PSG 6-1. What a Game. They came from behind. The excitement. The thriller moments.
The Cleveland Cavs won beat The Golden State Warriors to become 2016 NBA Championship and be declared as Champions.
If you’re an American football fan, then the super bowl final between the patriots and falcons was nail biting. The biggest come back in super ball history, the New England Patriots came from behind to win the Super Bowl Championship against the Atlanta Falcons in 2017.
Here’s a life lesson to realize and remember. The greatest nba teams of all time, the greatest football teams of all times, the greatest soccer teams, all the championships and winnings, it’s all great.

Don’t try to live through others. Use your teams, individuals and idols as inspiration so that you do more. Do more of you.
And remember Barcelona can win. The Cavs can win. The patriots can win. But by no means should you ever say we Did it. They did it. They deserve it.
Let it inspire you to get off your ass and do something.

Be thankful for those who help you every single day without you consciously realizing it.

Call and reach out to those who are in any little way contributing to your life. Say thank you. It will feel good for you. And it would give them the much-needed appreciation.
