Secret Wisdom of Yin Yang
Dear Ones,
To balance yin and yang is to heal. To balance yin and yang
is to transform life. Everything in the universe can be divided into yin and
yang. For example, tai chi is a major practice of Yin Yang. Tai chi uses
visualization and movement to promote and balance the flow of Qi (vital energy
or life force) in the yin organs and yang organs, and in the yin meridians and
yang meridians.

One of the most important traditional Tao teachings is Jing
Qi Shen (pronounced jing chee shun).
This has been taught for thousands of years. When I received the Tao text (75
sacred phrases) for my book Tao I: The Way of All Life, the Divine and Tao changed the order to Shen Qi Jing.
