About damn time.  He lost his first appeal, and then the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces affirmed the DEATH PENALTY (not life imprisonment) in September of 2023, and that was over two years ago.

The only thing slower than a Veteran's disability claim is Military Justice. He'll probably get a lethal injection to appease the "humanity" minded. 

I've still got the World War II US Army manual on executions and hangings that I had to dig up for building a proper scaffold and it's use for a fellow you may remember named Saddam Hussein.   I'd be happy to see that book followed to the letter and used for the good of humanity again.
