Guest Claire Adele

Today's guest is Claire Adele with her latest sexy release, Guardian of Her Dream. Haven't read Claire? You should, her menage stories are rugged, sexy, and paranormal. What more need I say?

Texas Inspiration for Guardian of Her Dream by Claire Adele

My Texas family settled in Central Texas in the early 1800’s near San Antonio. In the late 1800’s, my great grandparents moved to West Texas and the rugged desert mountains where I live. I love the mountains of this area where we have our home in...

Monday Romance

I'm changing things up a bit. Still waiting back for the edits on The Devil's Pawn, but have decided to postpone my Parisian Exposition Ménage series for a one-shot contemporary. Just as a change of pace.

This one will be very heavy D/s with a cop investigation mystery. And I already have the cover!

Friday Recipe: Pork Chops in White Wine

Food and wine...what's better together? Don't answer that, I can name several off the top of my head. Still, wine marinated pork chops are delicious! (And make sure you say delicious in a semi-singing voice with the -ious higher than the rest.) All kidding aside, if you like pork chops, try this recipe. It's worth it.
Prep Time:
30 Min Cook Time:
1 Hr Ready In:
1 Hr 30 MinIngredients:
5 pork chops salt and pepper to taste 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup 10 3/4 fluid ou...

Wednesday Regency: London Bridge

Not exactly Regency, but with the Olympic Games going on and the cool Olympic Rings displayed on London Bridge, I thought it interesting that in 1831 the new London Bridge opened. The current London Bridge isn't that one, of course; in 1831 who knew automobile traffic would be such that they'd have to tear the bridge down and start again?

The 1831 bridge is currently in Lake Havasu City, which I've actually visited solely because they have the London Bridge! I can't find one single picture, I...

Guest: Brandi Evans

Today's guest is Brandi Evans with her latest release, His Forbidden Submissive.

Brandi is a stay-at-home mom with a serious addiction…the compulsive need to tell sexy stories to whoever will listen.

She brings to life fun, flawed characters with kick-ass-and-take-no-prisoners attitudes who challenge her every step of the writing process. Whether inspiring a hot-and-heavy contemporary, a pulse-pounding suspense or a dark-and-decadent paranormal romance, her muse knows no boundaries. And she li...

Olympic opening ceremony

So...who watched it and what did you think? It's very British, that's for sure! And other than the dancing through the ages I could have done without and didn't think added to the cultural significance of Britain, I loved it.

My favorite is the Parade of Nations, and I completely blame NBC for starting the broadcast at 8 pm when it was hours long. I missed the lighting of the torch! But I have to say, the Brits put on quite the show.

What did you think?

Currently streaming from nbcolympics and l...

Lindsay Below and her character Amy Somers

Please welcome Amy Somers from the new release, Beauty in His Bed by L.K. Below. I had a couple questions for Amy, and she was kind enough to answer them.

1. Adele-phenomenal voice, beautiful woman with great hair, plus-size body. People make stupid comments about this: Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld comes to mind with his comment immediately after Adele snagged 6 Grammys. It went something along the lines of how her weight affected his view of her. Adele didn't seem to care (good for her!) Wh...

Olympics!

Anyone else excited for the 2012 Summer Olympics? I've got my schedule and the site for streaming so am ready to go. I don't like the traditional games, for instance I won't watch the track or the gymnastics.

I like the off-the-beaten-track games like the modern pentathlon and fencing. (Just wait until the Winter Olympics! My favorite there? Curling *G*)

What's your favorite Olympic sport?
